Girls, don't buy your hair here, after a week I had to take it off, it couldn't even be combed and I took it off for 4 hours, which normally takes 45 minutes, you buy 100 gr and you get 86 gr

This company ripped me off! Firstly they sent me faulty extensions with a black line through them. Then they replaced them with the wrong colour. Both times suggesting to me to dye them myself to fix their fault! I had to pay for shipping from Australia to China both times to return the items. Then they short changed my refund by $52.50!! Claiming it was for shipping fee, handling fee and re-stocking fee. (I paid for the shipping myself at $18 each time!), Do not buy hair extensions from this company. Poor quality and the worst customer service.

I have to say the quality of the hair was nothing like what I received from Tina´s. I did reach out to them as I received both extensions yesterday and requested a refund. I received the following and now taking action, as I never heard of deducting restocking fee,(im paying for employee salary) handling fee and shipping fee, even though this is being sent registered, 2 items that cost over 100 euros. and now they refuse to refund me.

Our hair is 100% human hair, you can try to use them. Are you satisfied that I help you apply for 5% of the amount of your order as a compensation for you to keep the hair extensions?

Your below email was an excuse on every way not to refund 130 euros which is a disgrace, you should not be allowed to ship to Europe.
The below states 10% refund, I will take 10%.

But we do not suggest you return them back, as you know the delivery company is very busy, there are a large number of orders that need to be shipped everyday. Many parcels need to be checked in the custom, so many parcels are stuck there for days, some even missing. It happens every year at this busy time.
Are you satisfied that I help you apply for 10% of the amount of your order as a compensation for you to keep the hair extensions?
If you insist that you need to return the parcel, please don't worry, I will help you apply for it.

I have been buying your hair for years and love it.

Not good. My order was paid with 20 euro for express delivery. 8 days later the delivery company is still updating tracking several times with no delivery attempt made from FedEx. Not only that the order they sent is not even what I ordered. Not the best I have ordered in the past and this will be the last time I do.

Do. It buy from here. I ordered hair for express shipping for my wedding to find out it will not be here for 2 weeks when I contacted customer service I was told I would be compensated and would be emailed I have received neither and will be returning the hair when it does eventually show up. The customer service team just ignore and stop answering the live chat BAD SERVICE

Bought my extensions here about 3-4 years ago still in great condition. I recently bleached my hair and got another set from this website so excited to get them in! I definitely recommend this site to all my friends. Prices and quality beat everyone else!

I received faulty extensions with a black line through them under the tie. Also, they were supposed to be ash brown but arrived a dark copper red brown. It has been a nightmare dealing with this company. They will not take responsibility. I was told to dye them and fix it myself!! I asked to return them for a refund but they refused. After countless emails they finally agreed to replace them. Their response and communication to emails is shocking and I've waited days for them to get back to me. I finally got the return address out of them, which was China. I had to send them back and it was agreed that I would receive light brown replacement extensions. They email me photos of the colour and I confirm that "yes" that is the colour I would like. They arrived exactly the same colour as the original extensions!! A dark copper red brown!! I sent them photos of the extensions I received which are clearly nothing like the photo of what I was expecting. After more correspondence and resistance on their part (even though the proof is there in the photos) they refused to let me return them. Until they saw this review, then they agreed but I would have to pay for shipping to send them from Australia to China for the 2nd time!! They will not acknowledge that they sent me the wrong colour and expect me to cover the cost to send them back to China. This has gone on for 2 months. The worst, ignorant customer service I have ever experienced and low quality extensions.

This product is excellent! The hair is 100% human hair, and it is really soft! When I got them in, the ash blonde color I originally picked match my actual hair very well. The customer serveice are so nice and understanding, and it was, all in all, a GREAT experience!

Wow, I am simply very impressed with the quality, how soft and smooth they are! At first I was skeptical about the quality with this affordable price but I really love their colors, so I decided to give them a try! I will order more when have loose pocket! They are very perfect compared to others I have purchase before! Can’t wait to wear them.

Well….. where do I start! I ordered 2 lots of extensions and delivery was meant to be 4-5days! Express delivery…. Only one lot arrived after a week and half. With a note saying some crap about other being on the way via different parcel 🤔 why???? It’s one order should be one parcel! It’s been near 2 weeks now and still hasn’t arrived! I tried emailing them and it says no email address exists! Tried calling them and goes straight to voicemail every single time. Worst company I’ve ever ordered from and will NOT be doing it again. Stay away from this company guys they will rip you off!

I made an order last week and paid $25 for express shipping as I have a wedding to attend this upcoming weekend and they will definitely not be here on time. They sent me a tracking number and it said estimated delivery date was Tuesday but once the day passed it said they are unable to give an estimated date until the company sends out my order. So they still haven’t sent it out.

Don’t use this awful company been trying to get a refund/ swap for some brown hair extensions that they sent which should be blonde takes 24 to get a reply to each email and still getting nowhere stay clear don’t get ripped off still not give me a return adress week after trying trying to fob me off with a 5% refund and me to try sell the hair my self 🤦‍♀️ also delivery time is a load of rubbish 2 week took for my delivery after changing my hair appointment 2x posting this everywhere I can till it gets sorted MarketHairExtension
