Have used them before after being recommended by a friend. Decent quality for the price for sure. Shipping has always been decently quick. Will update if anything changes! :)

It feels like horse hair or fake hair. It's so frizzy and sucks after two weeks not even. Donna Bella has stayed soft for two years.

The hair is so soft and is exactly what you want!

Awful experience so far. Phone calls are relegated to leaving voice mails. No return calls have been. Issued forth for 6 days AFTER the initial 10 wait days for purchase arrival. Often times voicemail option is even cut off and ended. Customer service is reprehensible. Skirting your questions and concerns with platitudes of ' well check with our warehouse, should be soon, we encourage you to track your order at the link here ( and the tracking is messy, non sensical- for example. My order is sitting in Canada at a warehouse waiting for customs clearance for 5 days. Yet tracking states right below that it will then be sent to China ....four other destinations that are not discernable. Yet my order cake from India. Destination Canada. Makes no sense). It been 4 days of chatting online ( no help whatsoever. Feel like I'm talking to a wall). Then when the very brief automated response confirmed my order number and tracking number.....she states the wrong order, the wrong number of bags, wrong length and wrong color! Giving anyone who's thinking to order from Market Hair Extensions just my CURRENT personal experience. As things sit now. I've stated if the hair, correct color, Remi, correct length and correct amount of bags are not in my hands tmrw. That I want a refund initiated and all the details I need as to when my money will be back in my account. My last note was that for as long as they take to either have the hair in my hands tmrw OR providing me detailed info and confirmation that my refund is initiatedm I will have my assistants posting our experiences on all platforms, threads, reviews.....that will be updated as to the conclusion of this disastrous company. Of course there are more details. Of which will be shared in further reviews. For now....if you don't have hours to be trying to understand, figure out, wait, or mitigate what are actually very easily remedied questions and conclusions.....keep searching for another company. One that's efficient, quality hair, quality service, prompt and accessible feedback, customer service. Will keep you updated as to what this company does tmrw.

Update: I offered the courtesy to this company to act in good faith to either fulfill the correct order or to refund me. We can see their public reply which is more communication than I've recieved from them in two weeks time of making 2 phone calls and using their chats...which prompted no no specifics. So this is a start. What the readers might appreciate knowing is I also recieved behind the scenes after their reply to us here.... via email "LEGAL documents"threatening me. We shall see what Monday brings.

Great quality hair always for this seller 2 years now

My micro loop extentions were a dream to install myself, the hair quality was worth the price and the little wait for delivery. I do recommend investing in the install tools as they really assisted with install and the speed of my install. Super investment. Thanks Market Hair Extensions

Normally I don’t have a problem with hair and its quality, however I contacted them a few months ago regarding some bad quality hair and they wouldn’t replace or give a refund.
The customer had only had the hair in 5 weeks and it had all snapped off. That shouldn’t happen in 5 weeks.
They need to change their refund policy if a customer has evidence of bad quality or damaged hair

my package was delivered way quicker than I thought it would be. and was a fair price for the actual products. shipping was a little expensive for my liking however it is what it is. the chat customer support was pretty good when I had questions and the tracking service is bang on point so all in all yea 5 stars. good on ya keep up the good service and products 🙂

What I appreciate the most is their selections of colors. When I placed my first order I was worried about it being obvious and not matching my hair....the opposite happened. It looked so natural and blended so well into my hair that ppl didn't ever realize I put them in. I'm on my second order as I wanted to try out a wavy style.

Excellent prices for excellent product. My natural hair colour is two different shades of brown coloured foreign colour two and I was able to find my perfect extensions. Length and color are fabulous

Do not buy from this company - it’s a total scam. They advertised the hair extensions as an auburn/natural red head colour which looked perfect in the photos online, but they are just a badly dyed dark/cherry red colour and the hair is thin. Ok fine - but as soon as I realised this I contacted them for a return and refund, as their policy online allows this within 7 days of receiving this product. She offered me 5% compensation (which is $5 of a $100 order), and after responding that I would like to just return the product, she seemed adamant that it was not cost effective for me to return the hair (she mentioned deducting shipping costs, restocking fee and handling fee from my refund even though the policy said nothing about deducting a handling fee, and I would have to pay the return shipping anyways). After a month of back and forward emails in which she used the postage company’s being busy and losing packages as an excuse and just kept offering me “compensation in order to keep the hair” which was only going to be maximum of $10, she still will not allow me to return the hair and I have now been ghosted and they won’t respond to any emails. So yeah, I would avoid this company if you are wanting to return anything!

My last purchase a couple of months ago was terrible. The hair was so coarse. Tangly and half of it broke off. I just purchased it again hoping I’ll get a better batch of hair. I’ve purchased from here multiple times. I hope it was a one off or I will stop buying from here.

My 5th time ordering from here, 2 full heads per year of the nano ring 24” red extensions, they are just perfect EVERYTIME! The length is amazing and the quality is second to none, the nano links are basically invisible and no one knows it’s not my real hair, perfect colour match aswell!! by far the best extensions I’ve ever used and will continue to purchase from market hair extensions! Great value for money!! Very happy client

I’ve brought so much hair from here I don’t go anywhere else. The tapeins microloop and glue extensions are the best. I don’t recommend the clip in tho the very first time I straightened them they were fried, I don’t believe they are full remy hair and very thin at the bottom. But the micro-loop and tapeins I highly recommend them last about 8months.

The hair from Market hair Extensions is absolutely beautiful hair. I wouldn't bye from anyone else as here the prices of the hair is a great price and the quality of the hair is no 1 .

Appalling customer service. If you have the unfortunate task of sending anything back to Market Hair Extensions you will have a fight on your hands. They will avoid sending you a returns label or an address to return the product. In my case, I was sold Hair Extensions, NOT as described. This was for the value of £140. I am appauled with their unprofessional trading standards and lack of co-operation. I tried to send the extensions back the very same day I received them. The colour was completely different from advertised and the quality was disgraceful. Please be aware they will NOT make it possible for you to return your product. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. There are far better Hair extension companies you can buy from that are professional and give a professional custom care service expected.
The attached photo is the straw like dirty coloured blond hair I received. It was shown and described as Grey on the website NOT blond. Market Hair Extensions will no doubt reply to this review and advise me to get in touch to send the hair back. I have tried this for weeks with no joy. I am now getting legal advise.

Realized why I hated the first order I had years ago. Made a mistake buying again!! One week and I had to remove them. Don't believe the "reviews". There's no where to leave actual feedback, so they clearly filter. 🙄 do not buy.

* hair is not good quality, one wash and they frizz and dry up. No matter what salon quality shampoo and conditioner you use it will not help.
* tapes are super thick and uncomfortable. No bend.
* color is way off from photos on website, despite possible differences via devices. It's way off.
* length is not as described. I ordered 22" and got 18".
* hair is not 100% human/Remy. Lots of strings and plastic strands.
*sheds like crazy

Save yourself the hassle. Better off buying cheap hair off Amazon tbh
