Martin & Co Bath レビュー

Wanted to do a particular review shout out to Kate at the Martin & Co team in Bath for her incredible dedication to getting me all moved in and settled in my brand new home! Kate was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to all my needs - and when I met her in person she was so lovely and warm. Nothing was every too much trouble and she put my mind at ease every step of the way. Thank you so much Kate x

Today we finally 'completed' on the sale of a flat in Bath. This would never have happened without the determination and practicality of David and his team who managed to overcome the ridiculous back-and-forth and procrastination of various solicitors involved. (They won't be getting 5-stars).
David: thank you.

Susan is a super nice person. I wish her all the best in her career.

During my time renting my house, I have had the pleasure of dealing with several employees from Martin&co, they have all been lovely, quick to help with my needs

I have dealt with David Minors from the beginning of selling my house. I hadn’t moved in 41 years so knew very little about the process. David explained everything to me about the local market and was extremely helpful, professional and kind. The whole team were very friendly whenever I spoke to them.
They’re SIMPLY THE BEST!

Professional and great to deal with. Gaye Phillips a agent I deal with has been helpful

Kate was very helpful when finding a new tenant and then helping to sort the issues left by the outgoing one

During the process of buying and selling I’ve dealt with several members of the team at Martin & Co. Everyone has been very friendly, courteous, professional and enthusiastic, and have always responded promptly. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge making them a great team.

Martin and Co have been proactive in the sale my house. David Minors has been extremely helpful. Always a friendly voice at end the of the phone.

We've been with Martin and Co for over a year now, and from the initial property search to ongoing management, they've been incredible. The team is always responsive, professional, and goes the extra mile to make sure we were looked after and cared for. Their knowledge and support made the whole process so much easier. I Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly delivers! A special thanks to Gaye and the team for all their help.

We are contractors for Martin & Co in Bath, and are always impressed with their level of professionalism and that they are generally a pleasure to work with and for. They always respond quickly to any and all emails or questions we have. We mostly deal with Caroline, but all of the staff are the same, they are all as nice and professional as each other!

Martins are super helpful. I've spoken to several agents about taking on my property and Martins & Co definitely stand out as the best by far. Their advice has been invaluable and their knowledge of the local area is second to none. I will definitely be appointing them to look after my let.

We have started our collaboration almost 5 years ago (April 2019) and we are extremely happy with the service provided by Martin&Co Bath. It has been a great experience overall and we fully recommend them!!

I have worked along side the Martin & Co team for quite some time and can safely say that they are professional, kind and give a personal touch to anyone they deal with. I would recommend them to all Landlords and tenants
