Martin & Co Bath レビュー

NEW

Spoke with Dave Minors.

He was extremely polite and clearly very knowledgeable on the local market as I am looking to sell my late mother's property in Weston.

David really helped me understand the process of dealing with a probate sale and gave me loads of information for myself and my family to go over.

Head and shoulders above other agents I have dealt with in this process.

David clearly knows he's trade and he is a real asset to the business couldn't speak more highly of someone.

I asked Martins to market/sell my property in Bath. They were very professional, efficient and more importantly, helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Martin&co have been very helpful with my property purchase. David has been very friendly and supportive in the whole process from arranging viewings at short notices and being on hand to answer any questions I have. As a first time buyer, he has made this process very smooth for me and his professionalism has been evident throughout. I would highly recommend Martin&co’s services to people around me.

Martin & Co have been the selling agent on a lot of my transactions I deal with as a Residential Conveyancer. In particular, I deal with David Minors. David is always helpful, honest and constantly updates me and the clients and tries to keep the transactions moving. Such an amazing estate agent I would highly recommend to all of my clients

I had the pleasure of dealing Martin’s as my letting agent. Always kind, courteous and effective dealing with occasional issues within the property.

Martin & Co succeeded where another local agent failed.
We had our property on the market with another well know agent for months with only one viewing with no feedback at all.

We moved to Martin & co and within one week had 6 viewings , quickly followed by two offers.

The house has sold and we can not thank David Minors enough for his constant updates and commitment in selling our property.

Outstanding service is not an exaggeration!.

A massive thank you David.

Have used Martin & Co for many, many years, that speaks for itself, great team, efficient, take care, highly recommended

Dave handled my property purchase and was exteremely professional throughout, always responding to queries/requests immediately and keeping me completely informed at all stages of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, so thanks to Dave and the team!

David Minors was relaxed, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I felt confident in his assessment of the property and his advice. He is obviously very experienced in the job.

Efficient and smooth communication. David was very proactive and quick to make sure our house was on the market. The technology and interface used to see viewings and feedback was also very helpful. David has been insured the full process. We would recommend Martin & Co.

David Minors from Martin @ Co Bath was straight talking, down to earth, very helpful and friendly and very informative and took time to answer any questions we had, would highly recommend him for valuations and selling of your property 🙂

Bebe who arranged the viewing and showed me around the property was so helpful, anticipating and answering all of my questions and giving me space and time to look around. She responded really quickly to my emails too. Made the experience really stress-free.

I would like to thank your lettings agent Bebe for the professional help she has given my step son and his partner to secure a beautiful apartment on New Kings street Bath. They are very excited to be moving in,later this month. Thank you, she is a credit to your company.

I contacted Martin & Co to get advice about student accommodation and found them to be extremely helpful. The agent, Ayla, gave some sound advice and tips to ensure my daughter found the right rental
to meet her needs

Bebe was very friendly and professional, answered all of our questions and gave great advice. Definitely made getting our first student property much less daunting!

The whole process with Marting&Co has been friendly and painless. Viewings were easy to arrange and Bebe in particular was very friendly, informative and gave great advice. Really goes a long way in making this process easier and less scary for students doing this all for the first time.

As someone who likes to move every few years, I have experienced my fair share of estate agents. Especially in the Bath area. I have to say working with Martin and Co was like a breath of fresh air. Their communication is great, they are an extremely friendly bunch of staff and provided little touches that set them apart from the rest. I honestly wouldn't use any other estate agent now. Thank you for making moving day so easy.

Very professional and extremely helpful estate agency. We are looking for student properties in Bath, which seem to be very hard to find for the next academic year. Bebe went out of her way to help. Thank you!

Excellent! Martin & Co have always found good tenants quickly at the agreed rentals.

Really friendly and helpful staff, Claire is a pleasure to deal with !
