Sam and the team were superb to deal with. The communication was so fast and efficient and they have made a daunting project seem very simple.
They guided my son through what he would need and what would be compatible and he couldn’t be happier.

I ordered the pc for my son for his upcoming birthday. As soon as i ordered i was contacted asking for more details to make sure the pc was right for my son. I was given advise and went with the upgrade. The communication was excellent as I was told what was happening every step of the way. The build and delivery was quick.

The communication was brilliant as I was advised what was happening every step of the way. The only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 is because on the specs of the pc it shows that it is an Nvidia 1050 and you can upgrade it to a 1650 however it did not say how much RAM it had and it turned out it was better for me to have just kept my Nvida 1070 as it has 8GB RAM while the 1650 had only 3 RAM, So I ended up paying more money for a graphics card that I did not use. Other than that though the service has been amazing.

Once again you & your team have been absolutely superb, this is now the 3rd gaming pc we have purchased from Merker Computers & never had any problems

I wanted 2 gaming computers for my children and had no idea where to start, I found this company online and emailed them, 5 mins later I had a call from them and they explained in detail what I would be best buying and why. I went on to purchase 2 full set ups, I had full communication throughout the building of the pc's, and then dropped them off to me as we're not that far from them. The kids love them and they are really great computers. I've just put an order in for 2 more computers. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have made a purchase with Merker and both times have been absolutely amazing. Super fast work. Completely open door policy with any questions, changes or concerns. Cannot fault them for either time I've been a customer, they've been brilliant.

Hi I started txing in November I didn't know anything about pc but that did not bother them some days I sent about 20txes then my son did ...they were so helpful I ordered it end of November and received it today and they were in touch all the way thank you so much for help and support

To be honest I didn’t know much about the refurbishment market. But at the cost of buying these brand new I decided to try these guys out and it was the best decision I made, so happy with the gaming pc i received, and the customer service is brilliant. From my initial tentative enquiry to my eventual purchase Jason was so helpful. No pushy sales, just offering advice to supply a PC for my requirements and too my budget. This gave me the confidence to purchase from Merker knowing that the PC would work but also any support should I need it. The PC worked straight out the box, no hassle. Brilliant service. Merker Computer’s were brilliant. I needed a starter gaming computer for my son and didn’t have a clue. They were helpful, down to earth and trustworthy from the off. As a busy mum it was super efficient and helpful for them to WhatsApp message me (from a real person who knew their stuff) every step of the way including delivery of all items. Not only that but I had a specific budget and the computer set up was not over sold nor did they exceed my budget. Nothing compares to a small family run business who have the customer at the forefront at all times. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had to purchase a expensive gaming computer for eldest son , the advice and support regarding what was wanted / needed was amazing and son was lucky enough to have extra storage added store was kind enough to do payment instalments I am very happy with everything done for my son he is over the moon

Excellent service!! Our son wanted a gaming pc for his birthday but as we knew nothing about them we wasn’t sure where to start looking. My husband found Merker Computers and we were both blown away with the reviews they had received so decided to give them a go and they certainly didn’t disappoint. They answered all our question quickly and honestly (and there were quite a few) Excellent communication throughout and was kept informed of the process from start to finish.
