There were no hassles with ordering and receiving the item—even staff responses to questions were timely.

Package came heavy damaged, bike also with paint damaged, I mean paint splattered not scratched. Dropper post wasn’t installed, as client service promised that if i order one with the bike. Fork plays in the neck of the frame instead of being tight. But client service was ok and they give me a lot of options and for the moment i’am satisfied with these options, they even give me payment compensation for damage paint.

Although I ordered a Ghost Square Cross 2023 bike, the specifications of the bike I got were quite different.
I was honestly really frustrated no one checked before delivering the bike. That's very unprofessional.
Not only specifications are different but even the bike looks different compared to pictures on the website.
Instead of 27 gears, i got 10. Instead of a Shimano shifter, I got a Microshift. And if I dig deeper there are even more unmatching parts.
The box the bike was delivered with was damaged too.
I only give 2 stars and not 1 because the bike was delivered fast and it was the right model, but the wrong specifications.

Great service, bike arrived in about 4 days to Romania. Customer service was very responsive, literally responding to my email questions within a matter of minutes.

Fiets bleek in tegenstelling tot voorraadstatus op site toch niet op voorraad. Kreeg wel gelijk een mail met de verwachte leverdatum en de vraag of ik daarop wilde wachten. Fiets werd uiteindelijk toch nog wat eerder geleverd. Prima verpakt, goed afgemonteerd. Moest alleen nog het stuur, voorwiel, zadel, trappers en voorspatbord zelf plaatsen, maar dat is makkelijk en snel te doen. Daarnaast zelf nog even een ringslot gekocht. Prijs van de fiets was substantieel lager dan in de fietsenwinkel. Al met al een goede aankoop.

Bike and delivery was ok, a bit longer than expected. For assembly you need basic skills and if you are not german speaking you need to translate the instructions, some basic given in english. Overall a great bike.

I try to buy an ebike from this seller but they insist to apply an illegal vat charge of 23% to delivery in Portugal.Since January, 2023, the official VAT tax rate for ebike and bicycles is 6% in Portugal. It is unbelievable that they want to persist overcharging the portuguese consumer and apply an ilegal VAT tax.
