I absolutely love my business cards from MOO! The quality is outstanding, and the design process was incredibly easy and user-friendly from start to finish. I chose the Feel Good premium paper with rounded edges, and it truly makes a difference — the cards feel substantial, look polished, and leave a lasting impression. The texture and weight give them a luxury feel that perfectly reflects my brand. Highly recommend MOO if you want business cards that stand out and feel as good as they look!

The process of ordering my business cards was so easy and straight forward. The options for colors and designs was fun, and easy to understand to create the perfect business card. The options for the paper type and style of the card were unique and i loved that. They were reasonably priced and provided so much more personality in my cards than i had found anywhere else. they were delivered in a reasonable time frame and the quality of them is so amazing. I am obsessed with these cards and now want to create businesses so i can order more.

I found the design and layout templates really easy to use. The guidelines were clear simple to follow. The quality of the materials was excellent. The print quality again was excellent . I would highly recommend Moo.

Shortly after submitting my order, I noticed the delivery date was the day I was leaving for a conference, which was when I needed the materials I ordered. I immediately sent an email to customer service. Not only did the customer service rep get back to me quickly, she put rush on the delivery - without the rush fee. I got the order today. Everything looks and feels great! I could not be happier with the service and quality.

As they say its not how good a company is at doing what it should do, its about what they do when things go wrong.

I needed my business cards as fast as possible. I ordered my cards with next day shipping before 10:30 am. The shipping was more than the cards. By noon the next day they had not arrived. I contacted their support and they said they would resend the product and refund the shipping. The item did not arrive. When I pressed support again about the issue, they claimed no responsibility. Classic bait and switch. False advertising. Zero accountability.

The customer service was very accommodating and thorough. They worked with me to correct an error that I made.

My experience with Moo was exceptional. I commenced by ordering the Business Card Sample Pack to evaluate the diverse business card designs. Subsequently, I received a prompt response from one of their account executives, who inquired about my business and the products I was interested in. Initially, my intention was solely to purchase the Business Card Sample Pack. However, upon discovering the superior quality of the paper, I decided to order actual business cards. These arrived a day early and exhibited exceptional print quality.

Needed business cards for an important trip. Paid for a premium product and what showed up was an embarrassment. One side of the cards were blank. And the side with the printing is wrong and looks like garbage. When I called customer service she said oh ya I can see the error in the template... So they know it's wrong and it gets sent out anyway. Absolutely trash and I'm furious I wasted my time with these amateurs

Had lots of fun trying out different designs - with lots of samples available as starting points. made good use of sample card stock package which arrived very quickly - it really helps you decide what will work best for your designs. Once all done and submitted the turnaround was quicker than estimated. Also found that Moo offers a lot more than business cards.

Do not trust the preview. Do not trust the file setup. We had a recent business card order with a graphic element that failed to print correctly at the edge of the card despite their InDesign template, the set up line guides, and preview all proving otherwise.

Their customer support team could only offer a discount on our next order instead of a reprint. I run a marketing firm and every print shop I've used in the past would have been quick to offer a comp reprint PLUS a discount on future orders, but instead Moo decided to lose a customer of probably 6+ years over such a minor opportunity to prioritize customer satisfaction over profits.

I’ve tried a lot of business card companies over the years, but MOO truly stands out. The quality is absolutely incredible — thick premium paper, vibrant colors, and a professional finish that instantly elevates your brand. Every detail feels carefully crafted.

The customization options are amazing too. Being able to use different images on each card makes them unique and memorable, which is perfect when you want to leave a strong impression. The ordering process was simple, delivery was fast, and the packaging even feels premium.

Totally loved my finished product! Easily uploaded my design and created the card! Also LOVED the matte finish and the gold embossing! Cost was a little extra but it added the perfect touch!

I ordered two different type of business cards and the quality, just standard, was the best ever. I also had a little problem with one of the card layout, that came out with a little imperfection, and the customer care was just terrific, reprinting right away the cards. Sheree was wonderful.
