The customer service that Moo offers is the reason that I keep coming back to do business with them. To me that is the most important.

A very easy, cost effective way to order our leaflets, postcards and other marketing products.
Always excellent quality and delivered fast.

What an amazing experience. After our last employee left we were trying to figure out how to get the files we already had uploaded to Moo so that we could use it for new employees for their business cards and I felt like I got the VIP treatment of epic proportions. This made my day & made me think of how there are still excellent people in customer service. My initial frustration turned into a happy place in a millisecond getting on the phone with Ren from Moo. Just amazing!

Moo has a great design interface, quick shipping and a very high quality product. The printing is precise and the cardstock is very sturdy.

I especially like that the order can contain multiple designs while still offering a bulk discount. I will be purchasing from this vendor again.

Amazing to work with, and the customer service girl named Victoria - was unbelievable!! I had a small issue and she solved it immediately!!

My package was lost after waiting for it for over 1.5 months. And to make matters worse, no one had followed up with me. It caused a signifiant loss in business and no rush actions were taking to solve this matter. If you value your time and money — DO NOT use this service. All the promises they said they like to keep are not real.

Quick and easy, and a great product.

I've been printing with Moo for years and the quality is always amazing. I had one part of my order come out darker than I expected this time, and the team at Moo has been so diligent about trying to fix it and reprint. I've had one other order come out with a printing defect and they reprinted and resent the order free of charge - the second round was beautiful!

Their 2mm production tolerance makes for poor quality control, save your money and find another printer.

I had such an outstanding experience with Samantha from MOO that I felt compelled to share it.

I was on a tight timeline with an upcoming trip and needed my business cards completed quickly—but I had made a few mistakes in my order. Samantha stepped in and completely turned things around for me. She patiently walked me through exactly what needed to be corrected, explaining everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. Honestly, she took what felt overwhelming and made it manageable.

What really stood out was how hands-on she was. I sent her my files, and she personally ensured they were set up correctly for printing—especially the gold foil details, which I was worried about. Knowing she was double-checking everything gave me so much peace of mind.

On top of all that, she made sure my order would arrive on time, which meant a lot given my deadline.

Samantha went above and beyond at every step. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a stressful situation feel effortless. MOO is lucky to have her—I truly hope her leadership recognizes the incredible work she’s doing.

Awful! Ok easy to use website and delivered on time. But as for the cards appalling!! parts of the information is missing so I am unable to use them. Is there no quality check???. So I call the GMT number and which states they are open 9-5 uk on the website only to find I have to wait until 2pm.

I am a regular customer and I am always super satisfied with my orders. I encountered one small hiccup only so far due to my own mistake and the customer service is also very quick and happy to help, I had a great experience with
