I ordered two different type of business cards and the quality, just standard, was the best ever. I also had a little problem with one of the card layout, that came out with a little imperfection, and the customer care was just terrific, reprinting right away the cards. Sheree was wonderful.

I had an urgent order that needed to be rerouted. The customer service team was able to take care of that and, more importantly, gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable that the order would get to my boss on her business trip at a hotel.

The quality of the luxe bussiness card is exceptional, I was extremely pleased with the service from start to finish.

I must admit I was taken aback by this level of customer service I received, and afterwards, checked MOO's reputation online, which was accurately preceded by numerous testimonials of MOO's high quality product and dedication to delivering a high end service, where the customer is treated as a top priority.

It goes with out saying, that I will be using their services for any business needs I have in the future, and you should too!

Go get a same day or next day printing service if you want on-time delivery/have time sensitive orders. I placed an order on Feb 24th expecting my business cards to be delivered on March 4th. I had to contact twice to get some truth from the representatives, that the warehouse was hit by a snowstorm and my order would be delivered a few days later at best. The first representative was arrogant af telling me it's all on track.

I think this is a great company. Everything I have bought has been of excellent quality.
There have been mistakes/errors with orders (sometimes mine, sometimes, I believe, moo's) but customer services have always been prompt and courteous in resolving matters.

What made my experience great was I have never ordered business cards before I'm in the beginning stages of a startup of a dream and being able to design and have that idea come to life and in my hand through this company was an amazing experience from conception to delivery I can't remember the last time I was this excited and it's making my dream come true being able to hand over a product of my design with my logo and words on it and having it be so well received I never could have imagined that was possible and as easy to do as it was through moo.

Ich hatte im ersten Durchlauf Probleme damit die Dateien für unsere Visitenkarten richtig anzulegen. Ich bekam eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, die ich dann irgendwie behoben habe. Danach waren unsere Visitenkarten zum Teil leider leicht verrutscht. Das Team von Moo hat uns dann aber so nett begleitet und mit einer Engelsgeduld unsere weiteren Versuche ertragen, dass wir mittlerweile komplett happy mit den Visitenkarten sind. Super Service! The cards are beautiful and of great quality. However, waiting 3 weeks plus for delivery is ridiculous. It makes me question whether the good outweighs the bad of using your company.

Moo products are nice and thick with top quality pictures. The adhesion on the stickers is great. The employees are enthusiastic and helpful and shipping is top rate.

I buy a lot of stickers from a bunch of different places, but I’m always coming back to moo. First of all their packing is great so that I can easily pull the sticker away from the backing to put them on my products. Second of all, it is almost shocking the amount of money that they put into their packaging that they’re put into just the cardboard boxes. Everything is super super professional. Well, I can’t say enough about these guys and gals. Thanks.
