Great customer service I initially did an online purchase and book for PDP delivery for the next day delivery as it was Saturday, I contacted NDC just to confirm if pdp did deliveries on Saturday was informed to me no and they changed the delivery free of cost and I got the stuff the next day. It keyboard for my macbook pro and backlight pad was a perfect fit as bought from a different place was not a perfect fit even though all the details model and UK was inserted I got the wrong one from the a different place. NDC you guys are great.

Impossible to register an account to track shipment. Password reset in mail dont work and tells me the link has expired alltime.

The sales experience from NDC was OK: good price for the laptop bought, quick delivery and quick responses to any sales questions.
The reason for the 2-star review however is that having bought the laptop I did because of its memory and storage upgrade possibilities, I was concerned to see an after-market tamper seal on one of the screws holding the bottom cover on and preventing access to spare drive bays and memory slots. Several emails with the sales team later, it seems that I cannot remove this to upgrade the laptop myself without invalidating the warranty, NDC / Service-X will not carry out any upgrades themselves for an extra fee, so I either have to return the laptop (at my cost, I assume) or invalidate the warranty and take a risk on a refurbished laptop. At no point during the sales process is this made plain and it really should be. This is just not on, really: for information, Dell themselves do not prevent access to these areas of brand-new laptops and yet honour warranties, because they realise that if you put spare drive bays and other spare capacity into a PC, guess what? People might actually want to use it!

NDC is very reliable, trustworthy and efficient. My order was processed and shipped without delay. Product quality and packaging beat my imagination. You are the best.

After failing my PCV (Cat D1) bus Training before I was a bit nervous of taking the test again.
I came to NBC and met an instructor called Ray who made me feel confident and comfortable to take this test.
