New laptop - great price and service

This was a simple purchase of a new laptop for myself - NDC had the right product at a very good price, it was sent very swiftly and packaged in correct factory packaging, the 'refurbished' laptop is like new. No worries, no problems - all good so far!

I ordered my laptop on 17 Feb and it was delivered to me in Malta on 20 Feb. Just 3 days by DHL from UK to Malta.
The laptop is like new, not one scratch.

Advertised as Refurbished but actually Brand New, must just be old obsolete stock as I bought my original pair over 10 years ago from the Apple Shop, still work perfectly, £300 then, so couldn't let these 2 pair pass at such a give away price of £58 plus Tax .... Thank You Very Much.

Dodgy Company, stay clear!!!

Bought laptop online, completed purchase only to find my house number was bizarrely missing from order... emailed and got told order cancelled for refund as cant change details and i had to reorder! No name or contact details on email which thought strange... waited for refund as was not going to reorder beforehand but after numerous emails and being fobbed off still no refund 2 weeks later!! Contacted card company and logged a complaint under section 75.
.. STAY CLEAR, DODGY COMPANY AND NO NAMES, PHONE NUMBERS MADE AVAILABLE WHICH SPEAKS VOLUMES!!!

Hi, thanks for reaching out to us. In response to your last point first, all of our contact details (including our office phone number) are available on the ‘about us’ page of our website.

I’d like to apologise for the delay in receiving your refund. The refund was initiated immediately, however it has taken Stripe 10 days to get this resolved. We had been in direct contact with them as to why it was pending. Looking at our Stripe account, I can see it was finally authorised by them yesterday. Unfortunately, we have to abide by their processes, so we can’t just refund you from another account to speed up the process. We don’t normally have any issues with them, but on this occasion it has obviously taken much longer than either of us is happy with.

I’ve had a look at the previous correspondence you’ve had with us and spoken to my colleagues about it. As you mentioned, your house number was omitted from your order, which meant that we couldn’t ship without a complete address (this is to prevent the order getting lost in transit). This omission is only possible if it was missed at the time of ordering as our systems are automated and we don’t change addresses at any point – that’s why we aren’t able to add the house number in retroactively – and why we cancelled your order and advised you to place it again. If your web browser uses an auto-complete function, it’s possible that your saved address doesn’t have the house number on it, or that it has been missed when filling in the form (I’ve personally had it happen; autocomplete details sometimes display differently in different forms, house & street name, or county appear in the wrong field). It’s always worth checking before completing an order. As useful as this function is, it’s not flawless.

As for us being “dodgy”, you can check all of our recent feedback on here, which speaks for itself.

Finally, you do have a point about a lack of contact details on the emails. This is because we changed the email address for correspondence a short while ago and the signature was overlooked, so we’ve rectified that now!
