All the staff at Neptune Hove are super helpful.

Aways, very helpful and friendly staff and very efficient service.
My only gripe is your LED AR 50 light bulbs do not last very long and are very expensive.

We have had our kitchen and utility designed and fitted by Neptune Hove. They have been a pleasure to deal with and we're absolutely over the moon with the results... a real life changing purchase for us, and hopefully a kitchen for life!

Good quality product. Nice store when I collected chair cushions so will be back to browse.

We dealt with Toby at Hove who was incredibly helpful throughout the purchase and delivery! We ordered the Wycombe Table which arrived two days later! Gorgeous table, beautifully made. Delivery drivers were friendly and put the item together! Honestly couldn’t fault the service from start to finish. And thank you Toby for getting the delivery done so quickly. Beautiful products, lovely quality. The Hove branch team are helpful and friendly. Their home design help has been great, advising us how to style our home with their products. Neptune is definitely our favourite company!

As we live in Devon, we made our purchase by telephone call to the Hove Branch. On visits to the store, everyone always welcoming, polite and helpful, rather like home from home. The staff at Neptune managed the project very well.
They were friendly, professional and easy to contact with plans and alterations being made at the Hove shop. The furniture was delivered on time after a comprehensive survey.The schedules were adhered to.There was some waiting time with lamps and taps but this was more to do with Brexit! We would have no hesitation to recommend the Neptune experience.

Chose Neptune Hove to design our new kitchen and we are delighted. The planning and design process was great and we got good advice and support from the team - Laura, Heidi and Gary. Craig and Dean were really knowledgable and experienced installers for Neptune. Great job. Everyone made this a smooth process for us and we love the kitchen.

A lovely friendly welcome when we entered the store in Hove we were offered a delicious coffee. Loved the cups so I purchased some! I wish every store was so customer friendly!

I’ve been purchasing furniture, mirrors, paint, soft furnishings etc for years from Neptune Hove & have always been treated very well by them. Nothing is too much trouble & larger items have been delivered personally which was very much appreciated.
It’s always a pleasure to visit the shop which is stylish, friendly & beautifully set out.

The sales staff were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.I ordered two large mirrors. I have never received a delivery that was so well packaged. The delivery men were brilliant, they unpacked both mirror so I could check them. I rang the showroom to say how impressed I was.
I am so happy with both.
