3 dirty furniture items, 1 smashed drawer cupboard, 1 scratched table top 1 paint damaged drawer cupboard. Van full of water and 2nd cartons used for boxes.No reflection on Southport outlet but on Neptune white glove service

Beautiful furniture! Great service..

Has to be one of the best stores in the network, again this time as always welcoming smile and introduction offer of refreshments and light hearted banter whilst my wife wandered and viewed the many wonderful displays and we both enthused over the new seasons colour, Constable Green which was duly purchased for my office. Jessica and Jo as ever made us feel very welcome and valued as customers as do the whole team there.

Beautifully deigned and very well presented. Excellent service from Southport store as usual.

Nice delivery personnel but unfortunately my bed was damaged. Awaiting replacement.

We have bought several pieces from Neptune over the last 3 years. Always had great customer service and purchased outstanding quality goods from furniture to glass and ceramic pieces. Friendly staff who always make a visit such a pleasant experience.

Jess and all the team at Neptune Southport have been amazing. They designed us two rooms (whilst also giving me lots of tips about other rooms and colour schemes) and they both look fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they kept us updated all the time about timings etc. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and if you have any problems the customer service is brilliant (not that we really had any) though it is quite evident that they want you to be 100% satisfied with absolutely everything. Worth every single penny for the seamless service, design and quality.
Also what I really liked was the fact they are not at all pushy, clearly their products sell themselves!
Thanks Jess in particular - you have an incredible eye and really took the time to listen, understand what we wanted and our style and then deliver amazing results!

Great service, we went to the Southport store and we were well looked after. We ordered 3 small tables and they were delivered 6 days later. The tables were well packed and the delivery team unpacked them for us to inspect.
I am very happy to recommend 100%
