Excellent quality, timely delivery and great customer service. Simply the best place for furniture

Firstly the staff at Tonbridge completed a perfect Valentine’s Day surprise, and the website was so easy to purchase a e-gift card. I purchased a gift card for some Realistically life-like florals, the staff advised and helped arrange the florals for a perfect gift.

Delivery times not within initial timeframes and then when delivered left expensive material left outside of house open to elements and possible theft. Delivery provider and their processes needs to be reviewed. Although to be fair when raised with customer services they did take my complaint seriously and did escalate immediately.

Highly recommend Neptune Tonbridge. Easy to find, park, and a well laid out store. Staff were polite, interested and knowledgeable. Spent plenty of time answering many questions and a coffee and croissant to boot!

Great furniture, good quality, delivered on time.

From the moment we first met Tom in the Tonbridge showroom through to the final site visit, our experience with Neptune has been outstanding. I am quite fussy when it comes to the design and look of the kitchen (the curse of being a graphic designer), but Tom was patient and more than happy to amend the design until we were totally happy with it. And the installation manager James Booth made sure nothing was left to chance with lots of sites visits prior to install and got us through a sticky situation when our tilers caused some unexpected delays. Every one of this Neptune team is at the top of their game, and we felt we were in safe hands all the way through. The fitter Ollie and the install team were efficient and precise and Ian did a beautiful job with the worktops. And to cap it off, the final paint job by Lee was immaculate. I can't recommend Neptune kitchens and the team at Tonbridge highly enough.

Like many people my dear friend & I are too busy with work & family to make time for ourselves. We finally found a date we could get together for coffee & in her text my friend said “we could take a trip to our Happy Place”. I agreed immediately no clarification needed. Off we went a week later to Neptune in Tonbridge. A beautiful, serene environment with wonderful interiors put together in realistic settings. Lovely smaller items to also purchase including refreshing body creams in stylish reusable glass jars. The staff are always friendly and helpful but today we didn’t get far into the shop as we were talking so much and a lady asked us if we would like tea. I never accept tea at appointments or in this environment but today it just seemed right. We were encouraged to make ourselves comfortable which we did with our tea seated in one of the beautiful display kitchens.
We left our Happy Place relaxed having had a wonderful catch up. Even the gentleman painting one of the other display kitchens is lovely. Explaining his process of giving the cupboards a sand to give a good key before painting with Neptunes paint. For his private jobs he recommends Neptune paint. The coverage I saw of a light paint over navy blue was excellent, only two coats needed. I will definitely be purchasing paint.

What an incredible 5* experience ! The neptune Tonbridge team & designer Vicki are outstanding. Our renovation was delayed during the pandemic but the attention to detail (in fact multiple design changes) we felt carefully listened to, instant communications and of course high level design skill by Vicki have meant we have just received the kitchen diner, baking station and utility rooms of our dreams. Not only do you pay for incredible quality cabinetry furniture but also a full service guided experience and lifetime guarantee. I (We) had high expectations 🙈 as it was a big ticket investment but the whole experience has blown us away. Huge respect for lead designer Vicki and James Booth the overseeing all the detailed technical aspect. Highly recommend !!!

Having ordered a Christmas tree ‘skirt’ I arrived to collect it in-store.
Despite my meticulous measuring it was about a centimetre too small!
I was so disappointed as the wicker skirt was beautiful and really good quality.
Rosie was absolutely lovely; professional, helpful & she made me a coffee while retrieving my paperwork! The refund process was seamless.

I spent some time looking around the Neptune store in Tonbridge and bought a lampshade, I also talked to Rosie about various fabrics and the Lottie sofa as well as beds. I asked Rosie lots of questions and she could not have been more kind, helpful or pleasant. Lovely shop and excellent staff.

I would like to express my thanks to Neptune for advising, desjgning and delivering a beautiful garden room for me. The minute I entered the store at Tonbridge I loved everything on display from the table mats to the extendable tables and chairs. I then spoke with Emily Gordon, Home Designer, who explained the services provided by Neptune and I was hooked. Discussions started, a home visit arranged with a final design of colours, lighting and furniture agreed. Updates from Emily kept me informed of the order progress with a delivery date in September. Emily was on site and took charge to ensure everything went where it should be and accessorised the garden room. When Emily was away from the office, Georgia Hall was available to provide me with any questions or updates requested.

I cannot fault Neptune’s services, professionalism and their high-quality furniture and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
