As a brand owner

As a brand owner, I Had some my beauty products listed on the platform as a 1 month trial. Fred ( the shop owner) assured me that the monthly “set up fee” won’t be charge for the whole duration of the trial. Long story short : despite couple of emails asking for cancelling, I got charge a whopping £330 in a span of 13 months. God bless my accountant who flagged those payments about 1 week ago. Obviously no response from anyone at Nethrial ... but my business account got refunded by my bank at the end. AVOID

Absolutely unacceptable

I ordered a bag on the 27th of November and still haven’t got it, so when I emailed them about it I got no response and then next time I try to get in contact the email has been disabled, absolutely ridiculous this is unacceptable and is not how to run a business, I’m going to see if I can somehow cancel my order and get a refund!

10 days have past since purchase, still no shipping

I have ordered something 10 days ago and it still hasn't been shipped. Moreover they do not answer email or the live chat on their website. Seems they are operating like a scam website. Unacceptable.

Scam!!

I was order number 1306. My order didn´t arrive, I don´t get a response from the customer service and the tracking on Nethrials Website is "currently not working"
I also tried contacting the owner and reached out on IG, but nope...

Guess everything is just a scam - I want my money back!

UPDATE: waited 2 more weeks and then applied for a chargeback via my bank - then got a response from the shop owner informing me that he would manually refund me (+ the "we had logistic issues" story but idk, if that's true just take the website down until you fixed everything cause apparently this is going on since months)

Apologies for your experience we have had a lot of logistical errors mainly caused due to Brexit which has led to us having to refund and cancel a lot of customers orders. We are using time between now and October to re-configure our supply chain and fix a lot of the issues that we had.

Delivery not received, disappointed

I have not received this order yet so I’m really not happy. I’ve received two emails to say it is delayed but not when it will b delivered.
3rd December: Still no delivery or answers from company even after I’ve sent them several emails.

Order 1294 was placed on the 27 October…

Order 1294 was placed on the 27 October and still haven't got it. Apparently they are slow because of Covid however couldn't provide me with a tracking number either.

Scam don’t buy

It’s been more than 3 weeks still haven’t heard anything about our order and no money back. The number on their website doesn’t work and no responses on email either. It’s a scam. Will be calling the fraud department to report them.

Crap service

Ordered product 14 days ago. Emailed them after 5 days to ask for an ETA, said sorry as it had not been sent out yet. Now heard nothing even after emailing again. Out of pocket and no product. Awful customer service
