Delaying refund.
I am dissatisfied with the product, communication and overall service. The company is either uninformed with regard to the legislation for refunds, or is deliberately trying to avoid it.
Their response to my concerns is, "To confirm when an item arrives in enters a inspection queue, which on average can take 14 working days to be inspected. however with Christmas period this can be slightly delayed." This is out of line with the .gov website.
The generator which I returned is not suitable for its intended purpose. It can't be used in the wet. It cannot be used with ethanol fuels which restricts the petrol to certain expensive Esso brands.
I cannot recommend this company.

Haven’t even opened this item yet as it is a Christmas present so review is only for communication and delivery.
Both were outstanding. I placed the order about 11am and my order was safely delivered the following day.

I have used Nitrotek a couple of times now. I have had no negative issues on either occasion. The products were swiftly despatched and arrived quickly and in good order. I would certainly use Nitrotek again.

i had purchased a metal upgrade tank.my children had damaged one of its track. then i had contacted with them, they gave us excellent after sale service. though they took a bit long time but they had update me time to time. overall i am very happy for their service.
