Quick and easy to use, good prices will definitely be using agai

I have dealings with many companies online and usually if there is a real problem they are keen to sort it out and refund.
On 16 October 2024 I saw a mobility scooter the description said 30kg which I can just about manage and so I bought it, It arrived with a two man delivery and a massive box which aroused my suspicions but I signed for it, finished my lunch and opened the box, no way this was only 30kg I didn't stand a chance of lifting it into a car boot, so I looked at the same model elsewhere, 40kg and I also looked in the manual and it said 40kg in there too, so someone goofed, as said this was 16/10/24, I rang Nicrotek and spoke to the most inept people on the planet earth, they sent UPS to pick it up they DO NOT do two man deliveries or collections, so a lot of back and forth with various people just trying to get it collected as apparently, it had to go back to them for inspection, eventually 11/11/24 it was collect by the same delivery team, mean time I have been lied to many time about what could or could not be done, only one person actually had a clue there but it was above his pay level, sad as he would be better sorting stuff out that the people I was dealing with, I gave it a few days and rang them, they still didn't have it, Any patience I had left had gone by then of course, I bought it using Klarna, never again I tried to complain via them but there go to is you go to the supplier we don't get involved, having already done that I did try again.
Today 29/11/24 I got my refund or at least one of the three payment booked, I normally use Paypal as they at least have a clue and you can speak to them so there you are, two companies to seriously avoid like the plague.

Brilliant service. Helpful staff. Extremely fast, well packaged delivery. Highly recommended. Try Nitrotek - you will not be disappointed!

From placing the order late on Friday night to receiving it on Tuesday, my order was dealt with very swiftly.
Although Nitrotek are closed over the weekend, it would have been next day delivery, furthermore, the order was well packed and arrived undamaged.
Excellent service.

i have bought a few electric buggies from nitrotek and they have both been spot on, from purchase to the goods arriving has on both times been two days max, will defo buy from them again in the future

Order arrived on time package was not damaged contents appear to be all there not been assembled as of yet as it a Christmas present will update once my son starts enjoying his new favourite bike 😀

The customer service they provided was fantastic. I hadn't purchased a product from Nitrotek, but they bent over backwards to source a replacement part I needed. A big thank you to all the team.

I ordered an expensive pressure washer, which did not work. I contacted Nitrotek only to be faced with a continuing barrage of obstacles. So far, they refuse to accept my rights under the Consumer Protection Act of 2015, which states that I am entitled to a full refund within 30 days if the goods are unsatisfactory. Brand new - doesn't work; I thought it would satisfy that requirement. They require goods to be posted back at the consumer's expense ( even large, heavy objects) and are subject to investigation as to whether they are refunded in full...with 'mitigated postage' or at all. Disgraceful! Caveat emptor!

Great company for all modelling requirements. Excellent pricing and very knowledgeable staff had a small problem with delivery but a phone call sorted it .Would recommend I will buy of Nitrotek again.

Terrible bought a mobility scooter didn't even take it out of box now they say they deducting money cos I've scuffed it. HOW??

Recently bought mobility scooter and I had to get in touch for support, very kind staff and I am satisfied now I am mobile!

I have ordered parts from Nitrotek on many occasions since my son bought his bike earlier in the year and am very happy with the service I have received. Someone gets back to me straight away if I have any queries which are soon sorted out.

I would recommend Nitrotek to all.

Wish we read the review prior to ordering.
We ordered a mobility scooter and it has never worked. Constantly cutting out.

8 weeks of messaging, sending parts and an engineer who couldn’t fix it we have not had to pay to return. we also have to wait for another tech to look at the scooter to deem in faulty - even though their own engineer couldn’t fix it.

Absolute joke of a company!!! Save your money and shop elsewhere
