We’d like to clarify that shipping charges are finalized by our courier after dispatch, based on the actual package weight (including packaging) and destination. The additional charge was applied only after we received the courier’s official invoice.

Regarding delivery, the shipment was returned to us because the address provided at checkout was incomplete, which unfortunately prevented successful delivery. We regret the inconvenience this caused and sincerely wish the outcome had been different.
