The service and quality of product was excellent.

The staff are very helpful and professional, with that personal service you don't get at the larger cattle market opticians.

Very help full with my new glasses. I had a fall and hurt my eye and broke my glasses they were very help full in helping me replace them x

M first time at this opticians, what a wonderful experience, the friendly staff were welcoming , helpful and honest. I tried quite a few pairs of glasses on and I was given a honest view on if they suited me.
The optician was lovely . I chose some beautiful glasses that were hand made.
Oakes Opticians is a small shop that offers the personal touch and stylish beautiful glasses.

It was my first visit to the optician. The service was friendly starting from the receptionist to the optician. The optician conducted himself professionally and answered all my questions.
I will recommend them to anyone looking for an eye check/ glasses.

I have worn glasses for about 20 years and dealt with various Opticians but Oakes Opticians came out on top I would gladly recommend them to anyone. For the first time I felt that someone cared about my eyesight rather than try to sell me a pair of glasses.

I don't think they could have done anymore for us they managed to squeeze my partner in at the last min and their device as a whole were great especially Michelle who for me went above and beyond. Thank you

I've been a client at this opticians for several years. All their staff are courteous, helpful but never pushy. Very thorough eye test, prompt arrival of new glasses, and a caring approach.

Had my eyes tested to a what I would a very high standard really felt as though I had had the best available .polite curtious . Listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions on lens etc .i won't go any where else in future

Choosing glasses I was given enough time and space to choose without feeling pressured.

I visited with my two boys for there eyes testing. The optician was friendly and very approachable and thereby making my children at ease. The receptionist was courteous and very knowledgable. I I have no reservations in recommending these opticians to anyone.
