I cannot praise Phil and his team highly enough after he helped my husband following an illness that affected his sight. He arranged an appointment allowing us plenty of time for the assessment and to talk with both of us. Phil was very reassuring and knowledgeable in a time that was very stressful. This was my first time using Plan-it Opticians. From the moment I stepped in I was met with friendly and personable staff, I felt at ease and was listened to. I got my new glasses the next day! I got to reglaze my own frames, I'm very happy with my Zeiss lenses.

I have been looking for a decent pair of glasses for a long time. I go to this shop and end up receiving a service and advice and pair of glasses which are a absolute game changer.
