Good descriptions of available book shelves. Reasonably easy to find the different product options. A good range of ways to pay. Correct delivery address came up.

Brilliant and very helpful

Brilliant, I made a mistake on my order and was able to phone and talk to a very helpful person and they suggested options and now I am sorted, very pleased and grateful

Customer services is 2nd to none

Customer services is 2nd to none, so refreshing.

Not Office Direct fault, the delivery man delivered to the wrong address. Annoying but it can happen.

I told Office Direct I had not received the item, I just hoped they believed me. They were fantastic and did everything they could, they found the parcel and all sorted. Without fuss and very apologetic.

Even though this happened I would definitely use them again.

Extremely helpful

Original order was delayed and received an email by return. Rang and was put straight through to the sender of the email. Was able to arrange an alternative which actually is much better!! Thank you for being so helpful. Will be using you again.

Whilst there were problems with my original order, the lady I dealt with has been more than helpful and the amended order is now in the process of being sorted.Would definitely use this company again.

they do not honor warranty when a chair


they do not honor warranty when a chair breaks due to bad design!!!!

Thank you for your feedback.
I can see that the arms of the chair had pulled away from the backrest after 3 months of use. After contacting the manufacturer, we sent out replacement arm covers and a new back rest, but also explained that the arm rests are not meant to absorb heavy weight and after speaking to you it was clear that excessive force would have been applied to the arm rests for this type of damage to happen and this is not covered under any warranty.
I hope that the chair is now working well for you, and that the damage does not reoccur.

Great Service/Great Product

Ordered a desk for my home office setup. The whole process was seemless end to end and the desk itself excellent. Perhaps the build instructions could be just a little clearer in a larger font but thats a minor point!
