Norrloom is a serious scam. My thanks to previous reviewers for tracing it to Hong Kong. I saw the NorrLoom website, purporting to be in Iceland, and on 21 Nov 2025 I ordered one blue 'Icelandic' patterned sweater, and one white Christmas sweater, all advertised as Icelandic wool. I smelt a rat when the tracking website came up in Chinese as well as English. Tracking suggested flights from China. A couple of days after the tracking showed the jumpers had arrived in the UK, a Royal Mail parcel arrived, a grey plastic posting bag posted in UK (Tracked 24 or 48) on about 19 December, with no suggestion that the contents had come from anywhere overseas, containing two Polyester sweaters. The 'Icelandic' patterned sweater has a washing instruction label saying "100% POLYESTER)! No paperwork or returns label. The Christmas jumper is red, not white, and depicts a much more childish elk than the catalogue shows!!! I emailed Norrloom to ask what is going on. An off-beam reply has come from 'Oliver' at Scenery Trade Limited asking for photos of the goods and of the parcel label, to prove the goods came from them! Being busy with carols etc, I threw the Royal Mail packaging away. It seems I have paid $106.26 for nothing very much. The scammers should be deeply ashamed of themselves and I hope someone can stop them?

The positive reviews are persuasive. However, if the product is so great why are so many add-ons advertised? That makes one wonder how much this is just another over-hyped product.
Also, how can an insole properly fit every size of shoe from 3 to 8 (UK)? I hope the experience will overcome my doubts.
