My partner has been a customer for years
After requesting a simple quote for a very simple job
The solicitor thought she had put me on hold but hadn’t
After hearing the quote go from £250 for a simple job it ballooned to £500 + vat with remarks like I’ll try and get more! They can afford it. OMG this is the state of English Law today. Greedy cretins
Needless to say our future business will now stop
And current business will now be moved elsewhere
Very poor service indeed

Would highly recommend Painters Solicitors in Stourport. Julie was extremely efficient and helpful.

Chanal and her team helped my daughter purchase her first home, they made the process easy and the final completion of the purchase was sorted very quickly and efficiently within a few hours.

Avoid. Stourport office. Told me at start that fees not payable until completion. Then kept asking me for money. Threatened me with house being repossesed. Spoke to bank who told me they had idea what she was on about. It was a lie to get money from me which worked as i paid what they asked for. Then after i paid them they decided they wouldnt take case on anymore. After id signed forms too. And this was 3 & a half months into it !! So had to find new solicitor and still had no money returned to me that they promised me with. Fuming. Avoid like the plaque. And they know im suffering with cancer too. Disgusting

Chanal, Lexi and the team dealt with the conveyancing for me purchasing my first house. The service provided by the team was exceptional, they communicated with me every step of the way and no task was too much for them. I would highly recommended painters solicitors.

I used painters to act for my on the sale and purchase of my home and I can not recommend them enough.

Chanal went out of her way and made the whole experience so much easier, the chain would of collapsed if it wasn’t for her and how hard she worked.

We chose painters solicitor as they were recommended to us and had good reviews. When we chose them they ensured us that we would be supported throughout the process and this was not the case.
Our solicitor was rude to us through email and said if we kept emailing her then she would have to rethink our bill. This lead to us feeling unsupported and we didn’t know what was going on. This caused more stress to buying a house and as we were first time buyers we felt like we needed the support. As well as this the communication of the solicitor was shocking, we asked to speak to her over the phone a numerous amount of times and the only time we did speak to her on the phone during the whole process was on the day of completion. This again caused more stress as the emails were full of jargon. Overall, we would not recommend using these solicitors if you are a first time buyer.

We have been impressed by the professionalism, communication and speed at which Chanal has processed our house purchase. Throughout the process she has guided us as to what we need to be doing and explained the process in a way that we can understand! Could not recommend enough as our experience has been excellent!!!
