Alex workshop is state of the art provided a quality service for 3 of my watches

This is the second time i have used Alex at perpectual time. Just like the first time, flawless.
Today my watch arrived back looking like a brand new watch straight out of a rolex dealership. Probably looks better than new to be honest. The fault has also been repaired exactly as Alex said he would do. I havent had time to test the time keeping on it but when I got my wife's one back it was far far better then new.. as you can tell, I am another happy customer again...

Alex was absolutely brilliant from the initial phone call regarding my watch and what I needed right through to him explaining about my watch and giving honest advice on what was and wasn’t needed.

Alex’s knowledge and passion for watches is easy to see and I’m really pleased I chose to take my watch here. I will be using Alex again in the future and would recommend Alex at Perpetual-Time to all my friends and family.

Alex remains my goto watchmaker when any of my luxury Swiss watches require repair, servicing or both - Blancpain, Rolex, Panerai, Audemars Piguet, Jaeger-LeCoultre. My Omega Speedmaster has just returned fully serviced complete with case & bracelet refurbishment by Alex. Another excellent job, which was cheaper than the OME offering.

I Can honestly not recommend Alex highly enough. A Rolex I wanted to pass to my son for his Birthday had stopped working, and I wanted to make sure it was corrected by the best. Alex, was extremely fair in price, kept me up to date at all times, and was great to deal with.

From the day I sent my Breitling to Alexandros at perpetual-time, I was kept up to date with the progress on the service of my Breitling. I can’t rate the 5 star service enough and will not hesitate to use perpetual-time again for my watches, and recommend to my friends and colleagues.

After trying a local watch repairer and even sending the watch to Cartier in France (via Goldsmiths) to fault-find issues with my wife’s watch, whatever they did only lasted a week and issues reappeared. I then found perpetual-time on internet. I made an appointment with Alexandros as a last resort to repair the watch. On meeting him, you could see how knowledgeable and professional he was. He examined the watch and gave me a price for the refurbishment. It took three weeks to do the work and he guaranteed his work for 24 months !! Alexandros kindly phoned me to give me some good and some bad news of the condition of the watch.
At a very reasonable price the watch was restored to as close to perfection you can get.
For craftsmanship,expertise and customer service very few companies does it better.

Alex has been repairing my Omega Seamaster (1957 I think) but parts are not easy to come by. It has taken Alex some searching to find the correct part. I am so grateful to him that he was successful and I have my watch back. Thanks again Alex.
