Pure class. I stupidly dropped my Swiss made Squale Dive watch.
Squale recommended these guys. I can see why they get the Squale seal of approval.

A efficient system to send and receive my watch.
And of course, my watch is back looking as good as ever.

My Squale watch developed an issue covered by their warranty.

I was a bit sceptical when they directed me to Perpetual Time for the warranty repair/service, as a previous warranty issue was dealt with by a different company who returned my watch with significant scratches/tooling marks on the caseback and it soon developed this second internal fault.

I received my watch back from Alexandros at Perpetual Time today, he turned it around in 5 days and he even polished out the scratches left behind by the previous company.
It's now running better than it did when brand new and it looks fantastic.

Absolutely top class work and service, I'd have no hesitation recommending and using them again in future. 10/10.

Alex done a full verification on my Patek 5980. He was thoroughly professional through out all the stages. Worth every penny paying for peace of mind that someone of his experience to verify and make sure everything was correct.

I recently sent my Squale watch in for inspection/repair, and I’m very pleased with the service received. Alex quickly identified that what had been assumed to be a faulty seal was in fact only an indicator, meaning there was no actual fault with the watch. Despite this, Alex carried out a full service, replacing the waterproofing seals and thoroughly testing the watch to ensure it met specification. Impressively, all of this was completed and the watch returned to me the very same day. Something didn't feel right inside my GMT-Master II so I didn't hesitate in sending it to Alex. He quickly diagnosed the problem, assured me it wasn't my fault and sourced the necessary replacement part. He kept me informed throughout of how he was proceeding and my watch was back on my wrist within 18 hours of me paying the bill. It could not have looked better even if it had just come from the Rolex factory.
Five stars don't do Alex sufficient credit and I highly recommend him if you want your watch serviced.
