I have just had my 4th watch serviced and returned by Alexandros. As ever, his work is excellent and has been carried out in a timely manner. I have several other high end watches and, when they require a service, Perpetual Time will be my 'go to' workshop.

Great service from Alexandros.
Dropped the watch off at the workshop as I was in Liverpool.
Kept me up to date with the progress of the works, repaired and serviced my 27 year old Seamaster even gave me the old parts back that were replaced.
Will definitely be using again for next service

I've had 2 Rolex services with Alex and found him to be exceptional at what he does. My watch came back looking like new and I can rest assured knowing the inside will be just as good. He is a master craftsman and the ultimate professional.

I entrusted Perpetual Time to a very tired, 1990s Rolex 16238, 18k datejust. The crown wouldn't screw down properly, the sapphire crystal was marred by small chips, the time keeping was appalling.

Alex worked his magic, and I now have a watch that looks brand new, keeping perfect time. The service included replacing the main spring, crown tube and some parts of the train. Alex used only genuine parts (returning the originals back), and sent me pictures along the way.

The real magic comes with the care Alex takes with the polishing. The original contours, graining and high polish are exactly as they were when the watch was new. There is no "overpolishing" just the right level to bring it back to factory specs.

Throughout the process Alex kept me informed, sought my direction and made sure my budget wasn't blown.

This level of service is something rarely seen today ... and when you experience it something you want to talk about. Hence my review.

Alex, what can I say, a master of his trade! Brought my Rolex deap sea, Sea Dweller into Alex after reading the reviews to see if he could resurrect my 2008 that had been worn and used for many years until it gave up and was looking very shabby with bangs and scrapes all over it which appeared to not be repairable and thoughts that it was unrecoverable to bring back to its former days…how wrong was I! Alex is an absolute master, he called today to say it was ready and arrived to pick up with what looks like a brand new watch, to say it exceeded my expectations is an absolute understatement, can wear it again as a daily goto now! Amazing job, can’t believe the quality of Alex’s work in his fantastic workshop. He is unbelievably knowledgable and an absolutely top guy! Can not thank Alex enough and I will be back with my other watches having experienced his work and the way he deals with his customers first hand, so much pride in his work, absolutely 1st class, thanks again Alex, amazing job👍🏼

After searching around for a fitter for a factory diamond bezel for my Rolex, I came across perpetual time, after giving them a call, they rapidly booked me in an appointment I personally dealt with Alexandros who was very professional, resolved within 24 hours brilliant job done would highly recommend perpetual time.

I took a Cartier Tank to Alexandros to be serviced, polished and restored to (if possible) a factory-showroom finish, the result exceeded my expectations.

He’s obviously a master watchmaker and restorer, the attention to detail was extraordinary and the overall price was probably half of a Cartier service and restoration, but still with the same guarantee.

He’s a gent and pleasure to do business with.

Living locally, I was able to make an in person appointment to drop off/collect my watch. The premises are super clean and well equipped and staff are professional and welcoming. Communication through the process is excellent as I received a number of messages and emails updating me. The service took 3-4 weeks less than other organisations I have used previously with just as good results. 5/5 rating IMHO

As always, a first class service from Alex. From confirmation of receipt of your watch, through inspection, then quotation, he keeps you fully informed. Once completed, watch is returned by courier overnight, then you spend hours just looking at the finished watch wondering if it really is the same one you sent!. It looks brand new again, and keeps time perfectly. Once again, 5 Stars for you Alex, thank you so very much.

I sent my 1960s Omega Seamaster 300 to Perpetual Time and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

I posted the watch off in late November and had it back in early January. In that time it was fully overhauled, serviced, polished, and had the necessary parts replaced. The wait was absolutely worth it — it came back looking incredible and running exactly as it should.

What really stood out was the knowledge and care that went into the work. These guys clearly understand high-end timepieces inside out. The workmanship is top class and the customer service was just as good throughout.

You can trust them completely with valuable watches. No stress, no nonsense, just proper professional work.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other collectors, and I’ll definitely be sending more of my watches to Alex in the future.

Had a pleasure of meeting alex and getting my watch fixed replaced as there was a lot of water damage he managed to save it in time. Great service would highly recommend him.

I was recommended to try Perpetual Time by a friend. My father had lost (30+years) a watch that had a lot of sentimental and irreplaceable value to him. I’d discussed this with my friend and decided to see if it would be possible to resurrect this watch. Long story short, I recently returned this watch to my father. He was overjoyed with the work and care that was shown to the project. From the outset we discussed obsolete parts and what would/wouldn’t be acceptable in order to bring this watch back from the dead. Only factory, or better than factory parts etc were to be used.
What were got back was amazing, the watch works, the glass is perfect, the bracelet, previously damaged, was near perfect. I didn’t want to just replace everything, it would have lost too much history and have less or no value to my father. That wouldn’t have been acceptable.
What I’ve got is; a gift that my father actually loves, he has ‘better’, more expensive watches but they don’t have the irreplaceable history that this Omega has.
If you want or need a miracle, give Perpetual Time a call. If you want your Rolex/Omega/Hublot (and others) serviced/recommissioned and repaired, i fully recommend it.

This is the third time I have used Perpetual Time for repairing and valeting my watches. On each occasion, the products are returning in outstanding condition, completed to top specifications and the prices are second to none. The standard of service is well worth paying for, especially with the warranty that comes with it upon return. I will definitely be using Perpetual Time for a fourth time when my watch needs another valet and repair. Cannot beat this service, by one of the best and most trustworthy in the business. Highly, highly recommended!!
