It started with just an inquiry , Alex very kindly took the time to go through what i was asking him about , and guided me to just the perfect Time Piece that would suit my needs. He sourced a watch (Pre owned) and did a full referb on the bracelet and casing, including a full service on the watch movement, he even went that extra mile to find a original box to gift it ! The watch is a Omega Crono Seamaster and looks new ! I can assure anyone wanting a time piece, give Alex a call, he has unparalleled customer service and attention to detail.

Another great service provided by Alex at Perpetual Time. I have used PT before on a number of occasions for watch servicing and repairs but this time I used the authentication service. Perpetual Time offer this service to ensure a watch, in my case a newly purchased second-hand watch, is authentic and meets all of the standards, including time keeping and ingress protection etc, in order to continue to use the watch as intended. Another check that is provided as part of this service and which I thought was just as important is a check with the lost and stolen register to which a certificate is provided. I would recommend this service to anyone buying a second-hand watch or if there are any doubts around an existing watch you may have.

First of all, the watch I had serviced came back looking as if it was a new one, I couldn’t be happier with the result.
I know a couple of people who have used Perpetual and their watches have been done to the highest of standards too!
Plus, it’s always good when someone is nice, pleasant and a master of their craft.
