I was in the front room of my house saw the courier car pull up the driver got out with my package in his hand and threw the package from the front yard to on the veranda 😡 very unacceptable if I had breakables in package 😡🤬

They left my parcel on the wrong side of the building, not even in front of a house door but on the entrance. They are so lazy that the delivery driver wasn’t bothered to place it in front of a house even. How shameful. But what’s even worse is that they refused to take responsibility and made it sound as if it’s my fault. Never work with them. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

They never tried to deliver my parcel and it is impossible to contact them

This courier is an absolute joke...says attempted delivery at times like 10.27pm or after 12am? They have been to my place so many times yet every time i have a delivery from them its AKWAYS late or simply gers lost, goes missing...from now on if i know ahead of any purchase this company will be the ones to deliver my purchase - THERE WILL BE NO PURCHASE ILL BUY ELSEWHERE THAT DOES NOT USE THIS TO COMPANY TO DELIVER THEIR GOODS...TOO MANY ITEMS NEVER TURN UP OR IF THEY ACTUALLY BY SOME MIRACLE TURN UP ITS WEEKS LATER AFTER MANY EMAILS OR ATTEMPTED PHONE CALLS...SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED FROM INDUSTRY...

I bought an item from Temu and the freight was handled by this crowd. They left a note saying they were unable to deliver because the delivery address was incomplete or unclear, yet it was the same address that I have used several times for other Temu purchases. They have not attempted to contact me or Temu to arrange delivery.

By giving even 1 star to lay my complaints pisses me off!!!! This a criminal company that steals/shafts their customers .... just look at their records it`s a sad testimonial and Freightstser at best they are transient no shows who possibly use monkeys for their deliveries. Please question your Ebay suppliers whether they use these criminals.

Ordered an item (a torch) paid with my hard earned money. Says it was delivered on Mon 8th July 24, have been home, with front door open waiting for delivery. No way of contacting PF Logistics, no ph number, have tried contacting eBay as well, with no joy. How can you complain about these service providers, when there is no way of getting in contact with them.
Does anyone have any information that can help

Parcel chucked from my driveway to my front door about 4-6ft away. Contained an expensive ceramic reptile globe. When I put through a complaint, the response was "we had an authority to leave at your door" leaving it at my door is different to piffing it halfway across the street. That was purchased with my hard earned money and you were paid to deliver it safely to my door. Have some respect, if not for your customers, then at least for the company you work for. Disgusting behaviour, captured on my doorbell camera.

Pitney Bowes subcontracted my Ebay delivery to AMS group Australia who again subcontracted to PF logistics. My PB tracking number shows "attempted delivery, no one home and NO safe place to leave item". AMS Group operator told me it was BS and PF Group had my item and had simply run out of time to deliver my item and it would be on next PF delivery run but couldnt tell me when and to contact them.

PF logistics has NO contact number on their website and doesnt recognise either the AMS Group # or the PB tracking #....what a disaster, RUN away from ALL of these guys!

Well my last negitive responce to this courier company must have worked.Since then I have had 4 parcels from ebay dilivered by this courier company and they where all brought to my door undamaged and on time.Well done and keep up the good work courier drivers.

absolutely pathetic delivery they threw them over the fence couldn't be bothered lifting the gate latch, when confronted they turned off the camera abused me then turned it back on to record my response,which was not pretty. he then abused me driving off. never had problems before this idiot was too stupid or just lazy

I have ordered from Temu over 2 weeks ago have sent emails to this company. They replied and said they were looking into it. Just got an email saying it is on board with delivery driver. Should have received it on the 3rd June. The first parcel I received from this company they just threw at at my front door and ran.Last parcel I received
from them went to the wrong address. If it wasn't for my neighbour I would not have received it. At least Australia Post took photos and showed me where it was left. Why would Temu change from a reputable company to this unprofessional company. Won't be ordering anything from them again.

Would have zero for stars. Ordered thru Temu. Said attempted delivery insufficient details. Which is lies. Because there has been no attempts at all. Found a phone number it disconnects and then U try again, and it goes to voice mail. No company name nothing. I have spoken to Temu. Basically bots. Advised they will request refund. But faith is pretty much zero now. Deleting Temu also and won't use again have been successful with all prior orders but since the scam delivery service. I won't touch with a ten foot barge pole. I think ASIC and ACCC need to investigate this.

How could this company improve? Try hiring drivers that have an ounce of respect for the customer. Had my Ring camera capture a driver just toss the package from the bottom of the stairs to the top then turn and run. This fella was likely working for 17 other companies at the same time so was in an almighty hurry to get to the next drop.

Won't respond to emails and have no contact phone number.
A month they have had my parcel in their depot according to their own tracking.
They shouldn't be in business.
Although if you're in Adelaide, Ive just found out that they're in Light Street, Thebarton.
Pay them a visit. I'm sure they love to meet their customers in person. Lol.

Package again not delivered !! They know how to take images to show delivery happened but their delivery people why they cant ring the unit or house or contact the package ? Wait let me guess then in that case I might get my delivery for real !!! My delivery seems to be lost from Temu three to four times now whenever Temu used these guys. Im not sure how after so many complaints and performing scams in australia they are still working in daylight ?! No actions against them seriously.

useless - they use random drivers to deliver the freight drivers will hold on to the freight for days untill they can be bothered to deliver
