Whenever Temu use PFL there is always a problem with delivery.

Forever getting Failed Delivey message.

Noone else has this problem.

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER.

I've just discovered how poor their service is. They failed to provide the actual tracking number and neglected to share the name of the local courier company. Moreover, they completely ignored email communication with no response. My only advice for e-commerce companies: do not use their service, no matter how cheap they may be.

This company never delivers on time. They have “lost” numerous consignments, never update their tracker, never contact the despatching client or the recipient, waste of time expecting any professionalism or goods delivered from them

If I could rate lower than 1 Star I would - It takes 4 days for a parcel from Temu to arrive in Brisbane but it takes PFL more than a week to get it from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast, a distance of between 80-100km. Additionally when the status shows the parcel is onboard for delivery, they don’t deliver that day! It is incredibly frustrating waiting for a delivery. I thought Fastway Couriers were bad but PFL make them look like shining stars. Worst ‘service’ ever!

This is the second parcel PFL have lost of mine in 3 months from TEMU. Address was parcel lockers at my work, when the courier accesses a locker they have to enter my details in and I get a code via text to open the locker, they said they did - but no code!!! I have asked numerous times for the details entered into the locker and they won't supply it. I am starting to think they didn't deliver it. Will be filing a police report as They sent a photo of the courier with my parcel but can't prove it went into the locker. They have also delivered my parcels previously to other people with their deliveries!!!

Dumped my parcel over my front gate and into the garden. The gate was unlocked, but they were too lazy to open it and walk up the path to my front door. I complained and got NO response. No way would I use them. If anyone tries to sell me something and they use this bunch for delivery, I will buy elsewhere.

I have my Temu in Australia arrived in Sydney more than three weeks ago, and with PFL for more than 3 weeks, but I still have not get delivered, everytime when I tracked the delivery, it showed onboard with driver, but never see the driver turn up. the worst courier company I ever experienced

I wish I could give less than one star.I have given this Company the benefit of the doubt but it continually let me down . On the tracking it said delivery today but guess what it didn’t turn up. Worst delivery company in Australia. If you don’t want to receive your parcel choose them. I am so annoyed.

My delivery was supposed to be delivered by PF Logistics. I was not home for the delivery. When using the tracking number for my parcel on the PF Logistics website, the tracking details are vague and not not useful. I've messaged the company numerous times, only to receive an email saying a ticket has been created. This 'ticket' has no number or any other detail, and doesn't seem to exist. I've received no response from the company after a week. The company has no obvious phone number to try to call to get more information.

I’ve waited for my parcel from Temu that had been on the truck for two days ,still not received.Temu you need to change transport company!

WORST!! The driver didn't even bother to knock on the door, didn't even bother to leave the collection card. Just dumped my parcel at the local news agency. Not even notifications were sent to me. I got to know from the tracking after 5 days that my parcel had been delivered to the local news agency. RIDICULOUS SERVICE, don't even deserve one star

They hand the parcels off to Freightster for delivery.

Before Christmas I received a notification that my parcel was out for delivery. Then the next day I got a message saying they hadn't had time to deliver it and would bring it in the next cycle. Despite repeatedly contacting them the parcel never arrived, the sender deemed it lost and gave me a refund to re-order the items.
Fast forward two weeks. Yesterday I received a notification that the replacement parcel was out for delivery. Today I got a notification that they weren't able to deliver it yesterday and that it would come in the next cycle.

Seems to me that the probability of a good service having the same issue with a similar parcel going to the same address twice in under a month would be low. But this is not a good delivery service. They are dodgy and their service is terrible.

To say I am angry about this would be a gross understatement. If you don't want your brand reputation to be destroyed don't use Freightster or PFLogistics for anything.

If I could give these clowns no stars that’s what they would get … this so called firm sent a picture to state that they delivered my parcel I live at unit 21/8 … these clowns delivered to number 8 not even in my complex … do not buy from temu if this is the delivery firm …. They are incompetent! After reading all the 1 star reviews I have contacted A Current Affair too maybe take this further

If temu wants to capture Australian Ecom market they should cut ties with PFL asap.
All of the packages are getting delayed and they don't have any customer support or contact info they are not taking responsibility of damaged and lost products. If they continue to collab i will never buy from temu ever again.

This courier won't take responsibility for packages going missing, takes months to get to you.

Temu another useless company uses this courier service with their cheap and nasty items

Driver is to busy running and snapping the camera to ring the stupid door bell..!! Great driver...NOT....have RING footage of driver tossing package and not even bothering to ring the doorbell but he has time to dash up to the door and throw the package and snap a camera shot then run or should say bolt back to his car..!!! atrocious service..the package he threw is electronics...they just loveeeee being thrown to the ground..!!!

My parcel has been out for delivery for 3 days now. I just saw on the tracking that it was unable to be delivered today. This not the first time I have had problems with this company like this. This is certainly the last time I will use them. avoid this company at all cost.

They delivered on a Sunday which I thought was superb. For a while I thought my whole purchase was a scam but it came through. It is frustrating that PFL don't have a phone number and I didn't get an answer via email. Their first delivery attempt failed, this had me worried, item arrived 5 days later.
Item sent from China - 21st Nov, arrived 3rd December, just in time for work exmas party.

I bought some goods online and were supposed to be delivered by this company. Instead they delivered to an incorrect address and I lose my money spent. Useless

This is a completely poor company, they take fees and deliver nothing. refuse any dealings
21 days from Sydney to brisbane.
Worst service ever, $200 fake charges.
