Having had terrible skin all my life and being promised ‘miracles’ for huge sums of money with little or no results.... I was recommended PHI & I can honestly say that the advice and care I have received has been faultless! Dr Benji Dhillon is professional and caring and treats you with the upmost care and compassion. His knowledge is second to none and I would recommend him in a heartbeat! I have had many treatments with him and each time I am treated he explains everything I ask... believe me I ask ALOT!

Phi Clinic is one of the best private Clinic in London. Dr Apul Perikh is very good Surgeon. He is very professional and friendly. I felt he is a long friend of mine. He makes you feel comfortable. I recommend PHI CLINIC to any Patients who needs their services.

I gave your clinic a 5 star rating on the basis of Nurse Jude´s exemplary treatment (and the pretty smiling receptionist!) But seriously not only are the results fantastic but it´s the caring side I appreciated; I knew she really did care. She´s an Irish Florence Nightingale. Rosacea can be a devastating skin condition reducing a grown man; myself, to tears on many occasions, and even thoughts of suicide. For over 20 years, I have avoided social encounters, broken up with girlfriends, quit jobs all because of my rosacea. Nurse Jude understood that immediately, that this simply wasn´t a cosmetic issue for me. There is nothing more I can say about her without sounding "Goddess" worshipping and slightly creepy ;-). Oh go on then a few more lines, I will miss her tremendously; her fantastic wit, her compassion, our banter, even her little note taking and of course the results. This man has been given his life back. No strike that, I´ve been given a life better than I thought possible. I stand taller and finally meet people eye to eye. Nurse Jude I hope you read this, congratulations on your pregnancy and seriously from the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you enough. Watch out world here I come!

I had a few procedures done with Jude whom I can not thank enough for everything.
I did Obagi treatment and Botox. Jude is very patient with me. She always replies to my emails and is ready to answer my questions. She alleviates my fears and anxieties and always tries her best to comfort me. Jude’s work is of a high standard and I am pleased with the outcome of the treatment I had at her hands.

The team at PHI Clinic is amazing - the techs are very knowledgeable and helpful and Dr. Benji is an excellent aesthetic physician. Could recommend it more.

I started getting treatment at Phi Clinic in August for hyperpigmentation left behind from acne, i deffintiley didn't expect to get the results that I have had. My practitioner, Jenna Staal, started off by giving me a new skin care routine to follow before I started my treatment. I have since had 5 vbeam treatments and will probabaly only need one more to get to being confident to go out with no make up on at all. Which is crazy because my skin was covered in red marks before starting. I have 100% confidence in Jenna and literally can't thank her enough esspecially after seeing my before and after photos. Very happy with my decision to start treatment here and have no doubt that I will continue to come back here for any concerns I ever have for any kind of cosmetic procedure.

I am very pleased with the results I am achieving at PHI Clinic, Jude Dunican gave me great advice and a treatment plan to deal with Rosacia, a problem I've had for a while.
Dr. Benji Dhillon has impressed me by his conservative approach to treatment plans, to ensure you don't look over processed, rather than going after your money, he ensures you achieve your goals and remain looking natural. This clinic does not push products or unnecessay treatments on you, they take great care to ensure your goals remain realistic and are then achieved in a very friendly and caring manner. I am very happy to endorse the team at PHI Clinic.

I was very pleased when the team of the Phi Clinic asked for a riewiew of my experience with nurse Jude Duncan as
from the first day I met I knew I was in good hands, her professionalism and listening to the patient were brilliant. I am now a year and a half under her guidance and my skin has improved soo much. Jude will always give you a honest advice on treatments that are right for you. I was very impressed when I met Dott Clementoni (an expert in laser treatments)in Milano and he asked who was taking care of my skin I said I go at the Phi Clinc in London and nurse Jude Duncan takes care of me well he replied you are in the best hands. Here we go I thought she is also known abroad for how good she is. I have always reccomended her to my girfriends.

I've become a little bit addicted to my visits to the PHI clinic. I feel more youthful the minute I walk in the front door! I started with some laser treatment to my hands, I then went on to laser treatment to my face, and with that completing on my next visit, I'm going to go for the THERMIva treatment. I've been going to the clinic every month for the past 8 months. I always get a friendly welcome from all the staff. I had imagined with the clinic being in Harley street that the staff may be a bit stuffy but quite the opposite is true. My highest praise has to go to Jude Dunican. She is such a lovely professional lady with an exceptionally kind and gentle manner. She's very knowledgable and totally believes in her treatments and potential achievable results. I've been receiving compliments on how good my skin looks. I'm always happy to recommend my treatments and pass on Jude Dunican's name. Many thanks.

Very professional but also very friendly. I am a person who knows what they want and how they want it . Dr Parikh listens and explains how the look and outcome i want will be achieved.

Aftercare is also amazing i can be abit of a worrier but Dr Parikh put me at ease and let me know i could contact him if i have any questions or concerns

This is an amazing treatment: I decided to do it because about a year ago I started to suffer from stress incontinence. Not only is the treatment effective, but also thanks to Nurse Jude’s charm and expertise the process itself is comfortable and even relaxing. I felt at ease and in safe hands. I am delighted I decided to do this because besides treating the stress incontinence, ThermiVa has increased sensitivity and made the whole area feel alive again. Thank you Nurse Jude!

I rarely write a review unless I feel that my experiences good or bad need to be shared....
My experience with Phi Clinic is not great. I visited the clinic with cystic acne problems and left 3 months later with worse skin than I started with. I chose to visit Phi clinic due to their 'award winning' services but in my experience they been very underwhelming.
I went to a dermatologist after my experience at Phi Clinic who told me the treatment I was given should never have been prescribed as it would have little or no effect on cystic acne considering my history with this problem.
I was charged the £50 upfront fee to book the appointment and was told that this fee would be deducted from any treatment received.
Upon my first visit I was prescribed some products and paid as requested. As I had bought several products I was unsure of the amounts for the individual products and queried this over the phone. I spoke to the clinic manager who sent me an invoice where it had become apparent that I was charged an additional £50 instead of having £50 deducted for my treatment. I phones back and the manager confirmed to me it was an error and I now had £100 credit on file.

When I decided the treatment being received was not adequate due to my cystic acne getting worse I queried the £100 that I was owed and was told this would be refunded however 3 months later I still have not been refunded the money owed and my calls do not get returned even when a manager says I will receive a call back once they have looked into this.

Poor customer service and in my experience inadequate treatment prescribed!!!

First impressions are excellent. I now have a plan of action. I'll keep you posted.

Hi Jude,
The Thermava, so far has been brilliant. I would go as far as saying life changing! I think I had no muscle before as I could never even do kegal exercises or ever stop mid urination! Now I can stop the minute I want to. I actually have dry knickers as opposed to having a constant leak and dampness! Thank you

I am delighted to be treated by Dr Patel and Jude Dunican at Phi Clinic. I have been seeing them both for a few years now and totally trust their advice and treatments. ‘ Healthy, graceful and invisible ‘is at the forefront of every treatment. I always feel cared for and never feel like just another client. Jude is an absolute marvel, she is knowledgeable and experienced and has the lightest of touches, even when delivering sometimes slightly uncomfortable treatments! I would recommend this excellent clinic to anyone.
