Great professional service. My nurse, Sam, was very diligent and explained everything to me. I was a first time visitor and the clinic made me feel very welcome and ensured I fully understood what my services entailed. You can put your trust in them. I wlill definitely be back.

Fantastic experience for first timer to Botox. I can't recommend Phi Clinic enough. Dr Patel and Nurse Sam were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable. I got Botox on 3 areas and the result was very natural and completely removed the crow feet around my eyes! I'm so happy with the results that I have booked another appointment in November before I'm a bridesmaid in December.

Nurse Sam has also recommended a new skin routine and products. I'm in the first week of the routine and can already see that my skin is brighter and reduced acne and redness. Thanks Nurse Sam for the product recommendations and excellent service.

I couldn’t recommend Phi Clinic highly enough. The clinic has a very welcoming environment. Dr Patel and his staff spent time getting to know me and my skin at the beginning of each of my sessions. Sam Knuckey shows real skill and care when carrying out her treatments. I consider Sam a very safe and thorough set of hands to trust when it comes to my skin.

Couldn’t recommend Nurse Sam more. For someone who had never visited an aesthetic clinic before I was very grateful that she took the time to carefully explain the process to me and was professional at all times. Very happy with the results!

I recently had my first botox treatment at PHI Clinic with Sarah Gaughan and couldn't be happier with it. Having botox was a big decision for me in terms of the cost, the upkeep, the social perception and what I was putting into my face; I researched a lot of different clinics, spoke to friends, read online reviews and spoke to different clinic receptionists for information. I decided to pay £50 for a consultation with Sarah to receive more tailored advice, during which Sarah was friendly, professional and very knowledgable, and her approach was holistic - looking at my face and listening to my concerns to give her professional opinion on what it would benefit from rather than just pushing botox as that was what I had enquired about. There was no pressure to proceed - in fact, she stressed the importance of going away to have a think about it, and sent me lots of information to read on email afterwards.

I decided to go ahead with the treatment at a time that suited me, when I could chill at home at the start of a weekend (but I needn't have worried - there was no downtime whatsoever). I was nervous when I went in for the appointment, but Sarah put me at ease and talked me through it step by step - taking photos, warning me that the needle was coming (which really didn't hurt at all), explaining what she was doing, and sending me further follow-up information.

I saw the results starting to work within 2-3 days and was really pleased with them, with absolutely no side effects whatsoever. I looked myself only more relaxed and rested, a better version of my natural self - no shiny forehead, no non-moving eyebrows. However, eagle-eyed Sarah spotted a little unevenness in my follow-up appointment a fortnight later (which I had not even noticed) and suggested a tiny top-up injection in one area, which I went with (she is the expert, after all).

Almost a week since my follow-up appointment and I am no longer disappointed with my face when I look in the mirror or see myself in a photo! It has given me a real boost, and I am thinking and worrying less about my face when I am going about my day-to-day. I know that sounds vain, but it was really beginning to get me down, and I thought 'if this is what it's like under 40, what is to come?!' If you're nervous, unsure or have lots of questions, as a first-timer I recommend Sarah!

PHI Clinic on Harley Street has the perfect balance of a professional, friendly and luxurious environment to put you immediately at ease. With the security of being in a clinical environment and the comforts of a 5* spa, I knew I was in the right place. The staff were very welcoming and friendly from the minute I stepped foot inside the clinic.

I had two treatments done - a silk peel facial and lip fillers. This was my first time having either of these treatments done and was particularly nervous about having lip fillers done.
Sarah, the nurse performing my treatments put me at ease immediately. She talked me through all the different aspects of the treatments and no question was too big or too small.
She helped me to better understand my own skin and what I can do to maintain the incredible glow I had after the silk peel. My skin had never felt so hydrated, fresh and bright afterwards. I had previously suffered from redness and scarring from breakouts and all of this was hugely reduced - even now, almost a month on, I still wake up and notice the difference in my skin, which is what has led me to this review!
When I came back in the afternoon to have the lip fillers done, I was warmly greeted by Sarah. I was very relaxed knowing I was in good hands. We took pictures and spoke through what I wanted and what I should expect. The process itself was very quick and relatively painless - a lot less painful than I expected!
The results were amazing - extremely natural and exactly what I had hoped for!

I’m looking forward to returning to PHI Clinic and their team of wonderful and professional staff.

Professional and amazing treatments that work!

I had an unsightly mole on my cheek under my right eye.

I disliked it, but my daughter hated it and wanted me to get rid of it.

I have never had facial surgery and was apprehensive because of possible scaring.

I felt reassured after my initial consultation with Apul Parikh and decided to proceed with the removal.

The PHI clinic is impressive.

Clinically clean, fresh and state-of-the-art.

I was made very comfortable throughout my entire visit.

The procedure itself was virtually pain-free.

I felt relaxed, safe and assured.

Apul has a jolly way about him which helped enormously.

It has now been 5 days since the mole was removed.

I have not experienced any discomfort and best of all, I am happily mole free.

It’s healing nicely, and my initial fear of scaring has been eliminated.

I’m so glad I had the mole removed and so is my daughter.

Would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone! Every aspect was brilliant, friendly, professional, I felt very trusting of the clinic and in safe hands. The treatment itself has changed my face and life. Something that I used to only dream about has become reality! If you are looking for a clinic, 100% choose the PHI Clinic.

Went into the clinc and not really somewhere i thought i would of gone, Sarah made me feel really welcome and put my nerves at ease.
She was really friendly and knowledgable, top experience and would recommend the clinc based of the specialist advise i was given.

My entire experience at the Phi Clinic has been first rate. I had filler treatment with Mr Parikh and he is clearly a conservative expert in his field and produced a beautiful, natural and subtle result that I just love. I will be his patient for a long time to come.

Having had many of my friends visiting phi clinic for the past few years I decided to give it a go myself and have some treatments done! I went for the silk peel facial and couldn’t be happier with my skin! Then I went for another! The level of professionalism at phi is second to none. Overall a very knowledgable yet relaxing experience for me. I’m booked in next for the V dream treatment which I’m really looking forward to. Niamh and Sarah who looked after me are amazing! I can totally see why it’s such a hit with everyone!

Both S K and Dr Patel have treated me for acne and rosacea over the past 3 years so successfully and beneficially with the V-beam laser with no adverse reaction and substantial progress every session. They always answer any doubts or questions I have in immense detail and explain the procedure and settings and any interactions thoroughly and in a simplistic manner. I would recommend them both extremely highly for any recommended and advised treatment

I have been coming to the Phi Clinic since it first opened in 2014 and cannot imagine a safer, more trustworthy clinic, or more committed and professional staff. The results speak for themselves and as the years go by, I am more and more content and delighted by the way my face is ageing thanks to Dr Tapan Patel and his team. Dr Patel has an exceptional talent and eye for achieving natural results, and offering advice and treatment that is incremental with the ageing process and the person he sees in front of him, as he takes such a personal approach. He is also quick to tell you when something is not necessary or needed. Since the early days of botox, I have added additional treatments over the years, always with fantastic, natural results. I trust him implicitly. Most recently, I've had V Beam for redness and broken veins in the reassuring hands of Kelly Ann and Jude. I am ecstatic with the results! I have the complexion I never thought possible and can't stop smiling when I look in the mirror. If you are thinking about trying cosmetic treatments for the first time and are nervous or unsure who to trust, the Phi Clinic is the place for you. I have recommended it to friends, all of whom are now regulars. I would never go anywhere else.
