I was so pleased to meet Dr Verma at the PHI clinic; she is such a warm, empathetic and caring person, she inspires me with confidence. I am sadly one of her older patients so not a guaranteed success but she is prepared to work with me in the hope that I can improve my skin texture. It's a pity I didn't consider this treatment10 years ago but, thank you Dr Verma for taking on the challenge. I totally recommend this kind and professional clinic.

Absolutely thrilled with the Botox I had at PHI Clinic. The consultant I saw was Amanda who is professional and highly skilled. She discusses and explains every step of the procedure with you which is extremely reassuring. The results are amazing, very natural looking - I couldn’t be any happier!

I had an Endolift procedure which proved to be painful, expensive and even more importantly, totally ineffective.

Really made me feel at ease and explained every option that would suit my needs

I attended PHI Clinic back in September and had my last session this month for acne scarring on my face which I was left with when I was a teenager when left with scarring you don’t know where to turn too and no one tells you what treatments you can have throughout my 20s I always felt very conscious you feel that everyone is staring at you even when you cover them up with make up it still doesn’t make them disappear even going to the shops you have you head down so no one looks at you just looking at the mirror you never feel comfortable or happy in yourself.
When finding out about the PHI Clinic I thought it was now or never to do something about it, I met the lovely Sarah Gaughan who spoke to me through my options we decided to do the Micro-Needling course we didn’t know what the outcome would be if there might be an improvement or none at all, I had four sessions in total, I can not tell you how much improvement there has been the bigger holes that was on both cheeks have completely gone, all the smaller scarring has disappeared I look in the mirror and can hardly see any scarring left and when I wear make up you can’t see any, my face is tighter glowing, it’s a strange feeling looking at yourself I’m the mirror It’s the first time I have seen my face without any scarring probably since I was about 13 and the first time I feel more confident and comfortable in myself. Sarah Gaughan was fantastic she is a wonderful person she was always friendly, happy and would always make you feel comfortable. So anyone that has any scarring and are not sure if to have the treatment I would highly recommend it and go for it! Sarah and the treatment has changed my life forever.

The moment you walk into Phi Clinic you know you have arrived somewhere special. The clinic itself is state of the art with an endless number of treatments available under one roof.

I had the “Phi Glow” treatment which was delivered by the wonderful therapist Libi. Libi is incredible at what she does; I was so impressed by the level of in depth knowledge she had, not only on the extensive range of treatments available but the specific ones that would be suitable for my particular skin concerns and why. Libi treated me like a VIP, nothing was too much trouble for her and she delivered my whole experience seamlessly from start to finish. The passion she has for what she does shines through. Following my treatment she followed up the same day with further information and next steps, continuing to go the extra mile even after I had left the clinic. I will not be going anywhere else!

I absolutely adore Dr Tapan Patel he is such a talented charming handsome man.
He has always put me at ease & the treatment he has given me has been the best. My treatment has now come to an end but I am really hoping that every now & them I can come up from Reading for a review. I would pop along every month if I could.
Don’t just think about going for a consultation do it, you might have to wait awhile before he can fit you in but I promise you won’t regret it!!!!!

I had a consultation with Dr Priya Vermer of PHI Clinic yesterday. Priya clearly has comprehensive knowledge of her field of expertise, which she communicated in an empathic, clear and thoughtful manner. There was no “looking for business” aspect to the consultation whatsoever - Priya gave full information on the potential benefits and potential dis-benefits of treatment, at the same time dispelling any unrealistic wishes or expectations, hence allowing me to make an informed and considered decision in my own time.

I saw Dr. Manav Bawa for lip augmentation, Botox for my brow and masseter muscle. I am exceptionally happy with my results that look natural, my lips don't look like they've been 'done' but the subtle difference means that my lips have a gentle upward curve and my lipstick stays on my top lip rather than smudge over my skin like before. The masseter Botox has been amazing in helping with my jaw clenching, which was so bad that my teeth were getting chipped and worn and causing a wide jaw. My jaw has slimmed down beautifully and my whole face looks generally lifted, and even my family who know me really well just said I looked very well and fresh and couldn't tell I had any treatment, not even my lips. This clinic specialises in natural looks which is why I chose the Phi clinic, and whilst they will advise the best course of treatment based on your concerns, there is no pressure to have any treatment.
I would highly recommend the Phi clinic and Dr. Bawa for treatment, you'll be in good hands :)

Libi carried out my Secret RF (microneedling) treatment at Phi Clinic. The experience from beginning to end was calm and professional, yet personal. I was explained to at all points what was being done and what to expect and I found it to be a relaxing experience. Libi is clearly very knowledgeable in the skin care field and I trusted her fully.

I had a very shocking and unpleasant experience from John Blythe. He did some fillers for me and I developed complications, but he never got back to me. His secretary or the woman who minds his phone was very rude and unprofessional. Avoid John Blythe!

Dr Priya Verma at PHI clinic made me feel very relaxed and comfortable with the Endolift and Botox procedures. She explained the treatment and answered my questions in a very understandable way. The 'before and after' photos (taken under the same conditions) and viewed with Priya showed definite improvements - even after only 2 weeks! She adjusted the Botox this time having explained the slight change it would bring. I'm very pleased with my progress and the whole experience.

The treatments, care and support I have received at Phi Clinic have always been superlative. Tapan is a genius who always explains everything carefully and with consideration. Libi Roos extends this high level of care when giving Gentix treatments. Absolutely brilliant - informative and clearly very experienced, she has a gentle touch and I trust her completely. Cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. Thank you

Walking into Phi Clinic it immediately feels very professional and you know you will receive the best treatment. I had a laser treatment with Libi to remove red veins around the nose. Libi was wonderful and put me totally at ease. I have had amazing results and after only 1 treatment I can barely see any veins remaining. Even my husband was impressed.

I must say the service is absolutely incredible at PHI clinic. I made an appointment with Jenna several years ago to address my rosacea and broken veins on my face as it was really bothering me. At my consultation Jenna was so incredibly friendly, professional and kind. She made me feel completely at ease and really comfortable, especially considering I usually feel quite self conscious about my skin. I then went on to have a block of sessions of V-beam to target underlying redness and some broken blood vessels. It has 100% been worth it! I had four sessions and the reduction in flushing and overall redness has been life changing. I no longer flush when I’m embarrassed, and I don’t feel the need to cover redness with make up anymore. A big and special shout out to Jenna who has treated me for the last three years and is literally the nicest person ever, is always so helpful and professional at all my sessions and makes me feel so comfortable while I’m having my laser done. I still go back for maintenance sessions now and will continue to do so. Mainly because, in addition to helping keep my redness at bay, the V beam (and excel v+) makes my skin so lovely and plump and refreshed about a week later, the procedure makes my face look so good, and it helps with any red marks left over from spots.

I also want to mention that I saw Dr Tapan for a consultation at one point because I was interested in having fillers. He was very professional and kind, and in the end he actually suggested that it would not be in my best interest to have fillers for my particular concern. I really really appreciated his honesty. In another clinic I’m sure that they would be happy to take my money and do the procedure. The fact that Dr Tapan gave his honest opinion instead of treating me with a procedure that I didn’t really need, shows the clinic always gives honest and professional care with patients at the forefront of what they do.

I will continue to attend PHI clinic because their treatments and service is the best I’ve ever encountered. I don’t think I’d trust anyone else with my face apart from Jenna!

Really liked Priya. She was very knowledgable and was very honest. I didn’t find her pushy at all like some clinics and she gave me lots of options and a lot to think about.

Quite disappointed to be honest; with that 'great' rating, you'd think their customer services is much better than this.
I sent them an email to ask about their dermal fillers procedure, and they just sent me a link, and when i said the link doesn't answer (clearly they couldn't be bothered to read the questions), they asked me to just call if i needed answers!
Why can't you just answer via email? Why do you even have an email if you won't answer?

I have been coming to the PHI clinic for 6 years and I have the V beam treatment 3-4 times a year.

I have been so pleased with the results. I have pale, sensitive skin with occasional flare ups which can make me self-concious. I am always put at ease by Jenna who is calm, respectful, professional and experienced.
As a result of having regular treatments, I am so much more confident. I have less redness, tighter pores and clearer skin.

I had the first session of Secret RF. I was a little anxious about the treatment and possible downtime but Christina put me at ease, was very friendly and after downtime was minimal, skin felt renewed and has been glowing
