I first discovered the Phi clinic through word of mouth from a friend and I have not been disappointed. I’ve had filler and Botox in the past and always been relatively happy but I was turning 40 and wanted a little boost from a fresh pair of eyes. I was looking a little older than I liked and I couldn’t put my finger on why?! I visited Dr Apul Parikh and I couldn’t recommend him more. Everything from the consultation to the procedure and the aftercare have been 5 Star. He put his finger on exactly what needed a little tweaking and it’s made such an amazing, yet very natural difference, the results are tangible. I celebrated my 40th feeling awesome and recently had an experience where someone was horrified when I divulged my actual age thinking I was in my late 20’s. I said it was genetic, not prepared to admit my amazing secret. Dr Parikh - thank you!

Amazing clinic and amazing natural looking results! Dr Parikh is very precise with his method and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed.

There is zero aftercare . They’re only interested in your money . If you want Tapan Patel to check his results you have to pay for another consultation . Disgraceful and unethical.

My response to PHI in relation to Mr Patel’s reply: I called the clinic back twice to ask to discuss my negative review with a director, to give the clinic a chance to address my concerns, all of my details were taken on two occasions and on both occasions I was promised a call back plus a booking for a review, and no one ever called me back, hence this review. Every doctor I’ve seen since for non surgical treatments, has insisted that every patient has a review following treatment l, and especially a first time patient. You may say you don’t charge, which isn’t correct, but you also don’t allow or factor in any post consultation follow up. Disappointing treatment to say the least.

I’ve been visiting Phi clinic for over a year now using the V beam and the level of care and attention I’ve received there has been amazing . The first session I had with Sarah Gaughan left me feeling at ease and ready to continue with the rest of the course . Sarah has been so professional and attentive making sure to get me the best results and I couldn’t be more thankful to her .

I've had an appointment with Dr Parikh this morning. I feel safe with him as he always makes sure the patient is in good hands. Dr Parikh proceeded with injecting some hyaluronic acid injections, being very gentle as usual. I highly recommend Dr Parikh.

Been with Phi for a year now, for both body and facial treatments. The staff here is very lovely and welcoming, also the treatments and results are incredible. Jenna and Sam are my therapists and they’re da best!!!

I was really nervous as this was my first experience of any aesthetic work being done. I have hated the shape of my nose all my adult life and been teased repeatedly over the years. Mr Apul Parikh put me at my ease and the results were far beyond what I had anticipated. Thank you SO much Mr Parikh for making me a very happy person.

I have received regular treatments; performed by Dr Tapan at the Phi Clinic since May 2019.
At all times, from my introduction onward, I have felt entirely at ease and comfortable with any and all advice given to me and with the procedures that have been undertaken. At no point during these processes have I ever felt pressured into hasty decisions. All aspects of proposed treatments have been fully discussed with me and I have come to understand that the moral ethics of this clinic feature just as highly as the exemplary services that they offer.
The Phi Clinic is far more than just a simple Facial Aesthetics Service and I have absolute trust in their advice and I am in awe of their artistry and depth of knowledge.

Dr Parikh and the PHI clinic have made every single appointment an effortless and enjoyable experience. Dr Parikh is wonderful! He is friendly, professional, efficient, extremely skillful, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to have a treatment with. He is always extremely attentive to my concerns. When I visit PHI I know I am in the safest hands.

Phi clinic is the only place i will go for my treatments. I have tried other clinics on Harley Street and i can say i have never received the 5* treatment. I have my treatments with Mr Apul Parikh he is amazing, so friendly and professional, he puts you at ease immediately, and always has time to chat and listen to my concerns. I always leave feeling very happy with my results. Jenna is another lovely member of staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Phi Clinic and Mr Parikh. 5*

I would HIGHLY recommend PHI Clinic, especially Mr Apul Parikh, who is excellent. I had a botox treatment (which I've had before in other clinics) and filler - which was my first time. Mr Apul Parikh is a master at botox! Usually, my forehead feels extremely heavy and overdone, but Mr Apul Parikhs expert approach resulted in a natural, light, refreshed look. Regarding the filler, as this was my first time, I was very nervous but Mr Parikh was happy to spend as much time as needed talking things through to put me at my ease. He has a very lovely manner and I would recommend without hesitation. I will certainly be going back.

I highly recommend PHI Clinic. Dr Tapan Patel is excellent. I am a very happy recipient of his aesthetic procedures over the last year and I'm looking forward to my next treatment soon! Dr Patel is personable, gentle, welcoming and honest when deciding on the best way forward treatment wise. I love the fact that he maintains a natural look. He is surrounded by a wonderful team. The facials by SK, in particular the Silk Peel, are absolutely amazing. Thank you Dr Patel for your amazing work.

This is the second time I’ve seen Sarah and I’m absolutely thrilled with my results she is amazing I would highly recommend her!

I am a journalist and have written about health and beauty for seven years (in publications ranging from the Financial Times How To Spend It, through Elle, ES Magazine and The Daily Telegraph), and wanted to write here how consistently impressed I am with the service at PHI clinic and in particular the skills of Tapan Patel: he is the person I (and many of my journalistic peers) turn to for any kind of tweakment; his touch is light and sure, and the effect is to find your younger, better slept, best look... Highly recommended.

I have been under the care of Tapan Patel for about 5 years. I have had full filler face lift, Botox, under eye treatments, laser work, lip fillers, microdermabrasion, Ultraforma (not necessarily in that order!).
From my first visit, and every visit I have had with him through to now, he always reviews how I feel about myself, how I feel about his work and whether there’s anything he can do to improve upon that, and he always listens. I believe the greatest testament to his work is that nobody thinks I’ve had work done - only that I look very well, healthy, rested and never seem to get any older!!
Tapan’s work is brilliant and he takes a lot of pride in what he creates and in enhancing beauty and feels more of friend than a very advanced and well recognised aesthetician.
Thank you Tapan for all you’ve done for me and I look forward to seeing you in the near future!

I have visited the PHI clinic 3 times now for fillers and am so impressed, Dr Tapan Patel is amazing at what he does and makes you feel really at ease. He listens to what you feel you would like to change and will put the perfect amount in so the results are noticeable to you but overall really subtle that nobody else would really comment apart from saying “you look well”!
I always come out looking refreshed and 10 years younger , I mean that!!, I’m 42 but Dr Patel has me easily passing for 32!
I intend to go back every year for a little top up to keep me looking youthful without that (she’s had work done .. look)

Phi Clinic is excellent. I’m primarily treated by Tapan Patel but everyone I’ve seen at the clinic has been excellent. What you get from Phi are results that make a real difference but in no way risk being overdone. Having been to several other clinics before Phi, I know this can be a real risk. Dr Patel and his team know when to say no and when to guide you in a different direction. You will not be disappointed.

Tapan is a true genius when it comes to skincare and aesthetics. He has been looking after me for over a decade. He is honest and kind and will only ever give the best possible care and advice. He will only ever do what is needed, he definitely has a ‘less is more’ approach to injectables. I’ve constantly been asked what my secret is with looking nataural and young and I alway say, - it’s a very special man called Dr Tapan Patel.

Terrible customer service!! Distressful experience!! Strongly advise against booking any appointment at this clinic. Carefully read the T&Cs. I booked an appointment a month in advance and was really looking forward to it. Unfortunately, the day before, I was tested and diagnosed with a viral and bacterial infection in my lungs and shortness of breath (amidst Coronavirus breakout!). I called the clinic, explained my situation and asked whether I should cancel my appointment and what would be the refund policy. The girl told me she would go ahead and cancel but that she did not know about the refund policy and asked that I call the next day. The next day, IO was informed that the clinic would not grant a refund because it was less than 48h. In other words, if you are feeling sick, think twice before being considerate to the doctors or fellow customers, and cancelling any appointments, because they will not refund you. And on a side note, all the while, this was informed by an extremely rude person.
