I was really pleased with my whole experience at Phi Clinic. Dr Apul is a consummate professional. I'm really pleased with my results. I wouldn't trust anyone else after visiting him.

It's not often that I write reviews and has no intention on putting one on here as my experience with Mr Parikh himself was a positive one. But the treatment I had (being the first I have tried) after researching many many clinics - had not been effective at all.

It was explained to me (and contained within the many documents sent to me via email) that first treatments are usually administered lightly and a follow up is needed depending on the client. But I should se some results after a couple of weeks at least.
Unfortunately I saw no results and sadly I could not attend again due to a family medical emergency.

Understandably this was my priority and as I had not made a booking for my second appointment, I thought I would just write this one off.
Dwelling on this, I called today to explain what had happened and for some advice and an understanding of what I should have expected and what I can do now if anything.

I spoke to a receptionist. This is what has led me to leave this review and again I must say sadly, as I had not had the opportunity to speak with Mr Parikh and the review is based on aftercare.

The receptionist was rude. Interrupting me and often sounding like she was reading from a script. I had not asked for anything but she expected that I was. I was seeking advice and what could be done now. She even quoted how many times I have 'opened' the email that was sent to me containing the informational documents almost in anticipation of me suggesting I had not read them.

It's such a shame that I had to leave this review as I had hoped to return to the clinic for other treatments but after care is just as important as the treatment itself.

She referred to the second appointment as a 'complimentary one' but this was part of the treatment. Albeit having to be done no later than 3 weeks after the first - it was in no way explained to me as a 'complimentary' treatment. Because of the time period a second treatment would have no effect but I tried to explain to her that first treatment has no effect either.

My query was not handled in the right way at all considering that I was a new patient. I was not even the opportunity to speak to my consultant at some point. Just told that if I wanted to make a complaint that i would have to do so in writing. I had not called to complain and had no intention to, I was just seeking advice on where to go from here.

So to summarise, I had paid £450 for one visit and no results whatsoever and am not left feeling very disappointed and cheated whereas I was not feeling so bad before I made this phone call.

Please note: This has no reflection on the consultant at all. I was seeking guidance and was treated like I was looking for some sort of compensation. I asked for nothing of the sort. All I wanted was advice.

What makes these clinics and every private medical service is the aftercare and the way queries are dealt with. Sadly, I felt like this was just about the money and not customer satisfaction if based on the way I was spoken to today.

I have had Botox and fillers administered by Mr. Parikh and have been delighted with the results every time. He always puts me at my ease and thoroughly discusses my requirements and concerns. In addition to the aesthetic results, I have noticed that my migraines have become less frequent and less severe. This is a known side effect of Botox injections. Fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Phi Clinic and Mr. Parikh.

I had a Cellfina treatment at PHI Clinic on my buttocks and back of upper thighs with Mr Apul Parikh in July of this year. I had tried various cellulite reduction techniques in the past (at other clinics) including Exilis and BTL. I found that none of the thermal, massaging or radio-frequency treatments made any impact on my cellulite whatsoever! With Cellfina I have seen a huge difference in the deep divots/shadows on my buttock area and i'm so pleased!
Previously any time I had caught sight of my backside in the mirror it had made my heart sink, it was so incredibly lumpy! Now I would genuinely say have the bum of a 20 year old and i'm over the moon. My upper thigh area I would not count as such a huge success. The dimpling is improved but i'd say maybe more altered rather than gone. I think on areas where the skin is tighter or there is weight on the skin, this treatment won't work so well. However I couldn't recommend this enough if your area of focus is somewhere more fatty and bouncy, it works amazingly! For me it was worth every penny.
Mr Apul Parikh was easy to talk to and a fountain of knowledge on all things cellulite, he made me feel comfortable at every step of the journey. My only criticism would be that i'd have liked some before and after shots. However I don't really need them, love the results and would recommend!

Absolutely delighted with Dr Apul Parik! I moved to London from Rome a few years ago and was very worried not to be able to find the perfect aesthetic surgeon. As soon as I met Dr Parik, I felt immediately pleased with the results and overwhelmed by his patience and kindness. I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor and I am truly grateful for his work!

I never saw myself as someone who would get lip fillers and I was very hesitant for a long time, however, when curiosity got the better of me I did some research and decided to try the Phi Clinic. I am so happy with my choice and Dr Tapan Patel has been so great. He really listened to what I wanted and was also really good at giving advice and opinions. I'm so happy with how my lips turned out, they look really natural, just slightly bigger! Although the prices are quite high, I would definitely say that it is worth it and I can't recomend them enough!

I have seen Mr Apul Parikh at Phi Clinic three times now. Twice for filler treatment and the last visit was for a review. I'd never had any treatment previous to visiting the clinic. On my first encounter with Mr Parikh, I felt nervous but he put me at ease straightaway and we talked about my cosmetic concerns. I decided to go ahead with my filler treatment and the results are amazing. Instantly refreshed and not looking tired anymore. Mr Parikh knew exactly what I needed and how much. Fantastic experience. Highly recommended from a very happy customer.

I consider myself very lucky that I found the Phi clinic. Thanks to all the Phi Clinic staff, Dr. Parikh in particular, my experience with fillers has been very empowering, comfortable and uplifting. Dr Apul is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! So kind and patient and above all super professional. He has a very gentle hand with Botox. Reception staff are also always lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend and I hope to do more procedures when I will be able to afford them 😊

My experience at Phi Clinic could not have been any better. The staff are all very friendly, professional and polite. I truly feel meeting Dr Apul Parikh has changed my life. I have had dermal filler and I am over the moon with my results. Mr Parikh took time and care to give a very thorough consultation, to guarantee my result was exactly what I had hoped for. I have been having botox and fillers with Dr Parikh at the PHI clinic for the last year. Previously I had visited clinics in Harley St and beyond with variable results. Not only is Apul a very skilful injector with a fantastic eye, he is also a kind and genuine man. I am absolutely delighted to have found him.

I had botox, lip enhancement, chin fillers, and cheek enhancement with Dr Patel last Wednesday. I had a previous consultation with him which I found reassuring, but this was the first time I had ever had chin fillers or cheek enhancement. I was anxious about the pain (I have a very low threshold!), and whether it would look natural. Whilst I was in the waiting room, a very smart looking gentleman who had come into see Dr Patel could see if I was anxious and asked me if I was seeing Dr Patel to which I replied I was. He told me that he worked in the industry (Dr Patel was doing a presentation for his company the following week), and that I was in the best hands as Dr Patel is thought by everyone in the industry to be the absolute top doctor in cosmetic surgery. He was quite right! The procedure was not painful (which says a lot coming from me as I normally need diazepam for any painful treatments), both Dr Patel and his nurse, Sam, were very kind and reassuring and patient with me. I had minimal bruising after, and the results are already outstanding and incredibly natural. I am overjoyed with the service I have received from Dr Patel and Sam, and cannot recommend them enough. It wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be and it was worth every penny. I will without a doubt be a client for life! Highly, highly recommend!

Nasty experience at Phi Clinic. Do not recommend!
I had been treated at Phi before & was happy with the results. I went back last year & the experience was quite the opposite. Tapan Patel saw me for some dermal filler in & around the cheek area. After a week or so hard lumps formed under my eyes, I looked horrific! I went back to see Tapan & he said that the lumps were 'bags' due to the fact I had drank alcohol the night before & had just got off a flight & they would fade. I wasnt convinced but trusted his opinion as he is apparently one of the best in his field. A month later the lumps were still there & I returned. He agreed that there were lumps this time (!?), one eye worse than the other & injected some Hyalase to dissolve them. Again two months passed &the lumps remained! I went back to Phi for a third time & asked for some sort of apology & compensation. Dr.Patel could not have been more defensive slash patronising . He could not believe I was questioning his work. How dare I !!! Its so sad the industry is still so unregulated ... Dr.Patel would not administer any sort of refund unless I could find a certain type of practioner (a aesthetician was not enough ) to quote negligence against him. He must have known full well that was an impossible task. (I did actually find a practitioner who tried to fight my corner but he asserted this was not satisfactory enough) My hands were tied.
The skin under my eyes was & still is discoloured & the quality of the skin now has a 'crepey' look. Clearly not the result we look for when we go for these expensive treatments! Please make sure you take plenty of before &after photographs if you decide to have treatment here but maybe dont go in the first place. If someone is unhappy with a service ,as the director of a company you listen & take some sort of responsibility for it even if you believe you are in the right but Dr.Patel did not want to know. Mistakes happen but to deny a mistake has been made & be rude about it is not the mark of a professional or indeed a very nice person. Its been such a farce. If you go here please be careful

Dr Tapan Patel and S K have been treating me for Rosacea and Flushing over the past few years and have immensely improved and corrected my skin condition using Pulse Dye Laser I have skin of colour which can be vulnerable but both S K and Dr Tapan are extremely knowledgeable and highly experienced exercising great caution whilst maximising efficacy and benefit applying the appropriate parameters They explain the process in thorough detail in a calm simplistic manner answering any concerns or questions with great patience and thoroughly. I have never experienced any adverse effects and my skin condition always improves substantially after each treatment. I reccomend Phi Clinic extremely highly due to the advanced facilities and technology they have available and the knowledge and understanding of Dr Patel and S K is phenomenal and they will show great care and patience whilst treating you to a very high standard achieving outstanding results. I was very excited about my first visit to PHI Clinic a few months ago. My excitement grew as I walked up to the grand door of the Harley Street clinic and entered the exquisitely decorated interior.

Once inside I was soon put at ease by the friendly staff and had my picture taken in great detail before commencing the consultation. After the pictures were taken, I was introduced to Dr Tapan Patel who was to perform my consultation, his warm friendly manner made me relax completely and after a very thorough consultation process, he talked me through the treatment he proposed in detail.

Having decided to go ahead with the recommended treatment I booked in to have Dermal Fillers in my chin and lips and Botox to my forehead.

The treatment itself was a surprisingly pleasurable experience, I had expected it to be painful, but it was actually quite relaxing, thanks mainly to Dr Tapan who was extremely attentive, thorough, and reassuring throughout my visit. Dr Tapan put fillers in my chin, lips, Cupid’s bow, the folds between my nose and mouth, and a little in my nose. I was stunned by the results! I have never liked my profile very much and have avoided being photographed from the side, but not anymore!

I returned for a review and top up in March and I was made to feel like a returning friend. I have been to other aesthetic clinics before but never experienced such gentle treatment or such natural looking results.

My face looks younger and fresher, without looking overdone. I am ecstatic with the results!

I can highly recommend PHI Clinic to anyone considering aesthetic treatments, especially those that feel nervous about needles. I personally will never go anywhere else in the future.

I had Cellfina around 3 months ago, the procedure was carried out by Apul Parikh who I can't speak highly enough of. Apul made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him, such a kind and friendly man. He talked me through everything in our pre procedure appointment and encouraged me to get in touch if I thought of anything else at all.

On the day of the procedure I was slightly nervous I have to admit but again Apul made me feel super comfortable and was so kind and understanding when my nerves got the better of me at one point! Although I shouldn't have been worried - the only part that was uncomfortable was the anesthetising. This was done in sections and it's only the first needle in each section that has that 'pinch' sensation, after this the actual procedure itself was painless and only takes about 45 minutes start to finish!

I was a bit sore the next day, had a soapy shower to get the dressings off and tried to wear my gym leggings as much as possible. The bruising was pretty bad and I had to sit down slowly for the first few days. After a week the bruises started to fade and I could start seeing results. Bruising was completely gone within a month, a couple of faint incision marks remained.

3 MONTHS LATER
It has been just over 3 months now and the difference is amazing. I felt so uncomfortable in my bikini bottoms last year and now I'm looking forward to getting in to the many new bikini's I've bought! I've also have had untold amounts of compliments from my partner. My cellulite was bad, particularly on the thighs and it has now gone. I have one faint incision mark which is tiny and only noticeable to me but know that will fade within another month or so. Super happy with the results and I would have the procedure again if I needed it in the future. Definitely recommend :)

What can I say about Dr Tapan Patel ? Where do I start? The words that come to my mind are ; meticulous, highly professional, a light touch with a real attention to detail. You can trust him to do the best by your face because his work matters to him. I’ve seen Dr Tapan Patel grow over the years but his down to earth but warm and comforting manner are still the same . An exceptionally talented doctor who truly cares and is great at his job.

I used to love this clinic when I first started going! Great location, friendly people, you really feel your going to the best place on Harley street... but your not..
Makes me sad to write a bad review and I have been thinking over it for quite a while...
I went into get Botox and loved the results - wow! While there getting consultation I got pressured into using their skincare treatment, IS clinical.. omg do not use this stuff! It’s expensive and the weirdest skincare routine that made my acne bad and didn’t improve after months and months after never really having problem skin before. I also got pressured into doing skin treatments that were a waste of money and did not improve my skin after months.
I then enquired and was consulted into having other treatments of fillers, which they did a full plan for and invited me in for the treatment the following week, when I turned up the following week they told me my acne was too bad to do the treatment and I should go to see a professional dermatologist...?!?
what the hell!
They had consulted me for the treatment and booked it in with me a week earlier when my skin was just as bad? Why waste my time getting time off work just to get me in for a treatment when they could of told me a week earlier that my skin was too bad - which just to say my acne isn’t actually that bad.. a few spots and blackheads..
Also it’s a bit weird recommending I go to a professional dermatologist when they put me on the skin care regime in the first place.
I have not gone back and have stopped using IS clinical. I now use dermatologist and my skin is the best it’s ever been!
Needless to say I don’t recommend phi clinic..
