Oliver Hughes (and his team) at Pinnacle Finance were superb, I can't recommend him highly enough. He was professional, knowledgeable and responded quickly every time I needed a call about my mortgage set application or sent him a question by email. I also had complete confidence trust that he was searching out the best deal for me. A definite 5 stars!

The whole team at Pinnacle Finance are amazing. I contacted them after multiple other brokers were unable to secure a mortgage for me on reasonable terms. My income is in foreign currency, which was not a problem for Pinnacle. Pinnacle was always very responsive and diligent, and were able to get an agreement in principle within days of receiving my documents. I cannot say enough great things about them.

Fraudsters. Avoid like the plague. Promised a refund, and then ignored. Don't waste your time. Maybe even just light your own money on fire instead, would be a better use of time.

Unbelievably smooth process from start to finish with Oliver and his team! From initial contact to successful completion, they were proactive, responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible. Whereas other brokers told us our complex mortgage (two expats, one with non-GBP income) would be difficult and time-consuming, Pinnacle exuded confidence and competence from the very beginning, culminating in a successful mortgage offer ahead of schedule. Their fees are eminently reasonable too! Priced well below the value they create by dealing with technical minutiae and providing peace of mind.

At the start they would constantly contact us and it all seemed positive. They were efficient and helpful. Then all of a sudden it would take them weeks to reply and it seemed like we had been forgotten. Then for the last few months we have had zero communication from him. He ignores emails, texts and calls. We have been compliant and were sold a dream of them helping us secure a mortgage. We lost the house we were buying due to Pinnacle cutting all contact with us. I had even paid the fee to them.
