We have used Pinnacle a number of times from our very first mortgage, a remortgage and a new mortgage and every time they have been brilliant! I would highly recommend

From first enquiry, Sam and then Ryan from Pinnacle were professional, personable, and reassuring. They found a suitable expat buy-to-let product quickly and Ryan worked carefully to adress all questions and queries from both myself and the lender promptly, ensuring that the re-mortgage progressed smoothly.

Both Dan and Rhiannon have been utterly professional, on the case throughout the whole process, ensuring got the results we wanted. They are both very pro active and manage the whole process more than any other broker has for me in the past ... and I'm a portfolio landlord for over 20+ years now.

It was a great experience with prompt responses and guidance throughout the process.

Jonathan was amazing through and through. We were in a bit of a jam and needed to get a mortgage sorted in a very short window.. Plus there were some complications when it came to our income - because we were living and working in Hong Kong and had vry little credit history in the UK.

Jonathan came through and got us an offer and completed it in the nick of time.
