Very helpful. Took away all stress and handled everything. Exactly what I'd want.

Unbelievably smooth process from start to finish with Oliver and his team! From initial contact to successful completion, they were proactive, responsive, knowledgeable, and accessible. Whereas other brokers told us our complex mortgage (two expats, one with non-GBP income) would be difficult and time-consuming, Pinnacle exuded confidence and competence from the very beginning, culminating in a successful mortgage offer ahead of schedule. Their fees are eminently reasonable too! Priced well below the value they create by dealing with technical minutiae and providing peace of mind.

At the start they would constantly contact us and it all seemed positive. They were efficient and helpful. Then all of a sudden it would take them weeks to reply and it seemed like we had been forgotten. Then for the last few months we have had zero communication from him. He ignores emails, texts and calls. We have been compliant and were sold a dream of them helping us secure a mortgage. We lost the house we were buying due to Pinnacle cutting all contact with us. I had even paid the fee to them.

A wonderful experience and a brilliant, knowledgeable team. I had to renew my mortgage whilst working overseas and Pinnacle were so reliable, forthcoming and professional at all times. They helped reassure me. I cannot thank them enough - thank you.

We reached out to Pinnacle to assist us with getting a mortgage. The team, Oliver, our dedicated Case Manager, and Daniel, the Senior Broker have been incredible.

We were a tricky case in that I had recently started a new job and it was a 1 year contract position, so the odds were stacked against us. The big banks didn’t even consider us so we weren’t expecting much. Oliver and Daniel went above and beyond to get us a great mortgage at a really decent rate! Throughout the process Oliver responded to every email or phone call in record time, even on weekends (although never expected), and always had time to walk us through the process or answer any questions we had.

We were so impressed with the overall service, and would highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking to buy a home in the future (ask if Oliver can be your case manager!) I don’t think I’ll ever go through a traditional bank again, I’ve been too spoilt with this experience. Thank you for going above and beyond to make this dream a reality!

The Team was exceptionally knowledgeable and consistently engaged, thoughtful and often helpful finding and suggesting practical solutions to some challenges. Daniel and Holly were a dream team that just made what sometimes a cumbersome process look routine. They were solution oriented and laser focused on achieving success for me. This team was absolutely brilliant when it came to sorting out a UK mortgage primarily based on foreign income. I was worried that it'd be a definite "no" or a hugely complicated process given that most of my income comes from overseas, but Ryan, Daniel, and Holly made it so simple that I wish I'd done it years ago instead of thinking that there was no chance I'd qualify.

With far less paperwork than I could have possibly imagined, Pinnacle sorted a mortgage with a high quality name brand lender at a fantastic rate, and then diligently stayed in touch through two failed purchases (why is the UK so backward in property buying?) until I'd found a place that's perfect. Emails were always answered promptly, and the crew were flawless. They clearly know the marketplace for mortgages and have expertise in matching prospective buyers with decent lenders.

If you have income from overseas, I'd highly recommend Pinnacle. Give them an email and explain your situation; I have no doubt that they're experts in this and have seen/resolved your situation before, no matter how complicated. If I move house again - still exhausted from the last move, so it's the last thing on my mind right now - Pinnacle will be the first company I call to sort out the financing. They simply get the job done with zero fuss and get you the financing that you need.

Avoid at all costs. Promise you everything then deliver nothing. Was known as best invoice finance that closed. Number online not correct. No loan offer then ghosted me. Obviously the good reviews are them. Noone writes like that!

Both Daniel and Holly were fantastic and provided a great service from start to finish. I would massively recommend them to anyone.

I suggest you avoid at all costs. A complete waste of my time. People like this shouldn’t be in business.

Requiring a new mortgage I tried to contact this company through the advertised business profile phone number with no joy. As a local resident I decided to visit the address to talk face to face but it turns out the company isn’t even there anymore!

Hugely frustrated I checked companies house and found the registered address is completely different with a defaulted companies house address, an active proposal to strike off, and overdue accounts. Not a great look for an FCA regulated company.

I have used Jon and Holly twice, first for a complicated expat mortgage and second to remortgage to convert to a let.. after going around so many brokers we finally found Jon, who was the only one who put his best efforts forward and made the whole experience personable! He is a very knowledgeable and dedicated guy! A true master of his trade! I would highly highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone for all mortgage purposes! A bank of information.

I cannot recommend Pinnacle Finance highly enough. Ryan knew the ex-pat B2L mortgage market inside out. As I shopped around at the beginning, he instantly demonstrated the errors in other brokers' proposals, given my circumstances and supported this with evidence from the lenders. Both he and Holly were a joy to work with, and I will definitely be working with them again.

Incredible team! Ryan was so helpful, went above and beyond and made the whole process so easy. We will always use this company going forward for our property purchases because of the level of care and service received. With other brokers in the past, we've felt like they were juggling too many clients which caused delays and errors but we never felt like that with Ryan. He also took the time to find us the best product for our case and saved us a lot of money on fees. Thank you!
