I am new to the world of buy to let and I can honestly say Pinnacle was second to none. Prior to contacting Pinnacle I had spoken to a few other broker companies and there was no comparison to Pinnacle (I won’t name and shame them). I am very grateful I had the pleasure of dealing with such an outstanding broker to secure my first buy to let mortgage.

Dan and Gabriele worked tirelessly to secure and then keep our mortgage offer as we sought to transfer it to another property after the first purchase fell through. They managed to increase our borrowing, keep our favourable rate and extend our deadline to allow for our second attempt. Excellent customer service from start to finish, everything was explained exhaustively and we felt confident to proceed. In addition to providing a broker service, they also found us a solicitor and put us in touch with a home insurance specialist, both of whom we went on to use the services of. We had a few issues with the lender due to the nature of the property and what came from the survey. The pinnacle team did will in rearranging another lender and getting the finance in place

After being let down by a previous broker, we were delighted to connect with Pinnacle Finance. Dan and Rhiannon were excellent to work with and very prompt to respond to us.
