John at Porcelain superstore has been super helpful in getting my order sorted, we would defiantly recommend .

Tile sample arrived in good time, and nice to get a variety for free.

Great samples and quick delivery. Can't wait to order these and have them fitted in my bathroom!

Highly recommend this company. Great customer service with fantastic quality products. Speedy delivery.

All has been very good. Wide range od choice, advises, samples information about stock and delivery reactivity of John to my emails9

Really nice sample tiles delivered quickly and free. Decided to purchase for our kitchen.

I ordered a Marlow beige sample floor tile recently. I would recommend buying the large size! It came promptly and looks perfect for our needs. The follow up customer service was excellent (a man called John). We look forward to proceeding with our order in the near future

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, tiles (Sherwood Oak) were lovely.

Both the sales team and admin staff were so helpful during the whole process. We did order a large quantity of tiles and they were great ensuring they were all from the same batch. Delivery was fine, but some tiles were broken but once photos were sent, they were quickly replaced. I would definitely look to order from them again.

I ordered patio tiles from here. The were packed really well, no breakages like some I've had from other companies. They arrived quickly. I have picked the Calacatta type. Will be using for 4 packs of 40 tiles. Very good value. Jan Clark.

Really easy process to order our two samples. We like the Melrose Pearl, so are going to order this for our patio.

The samples were delivered free of charge within a couple of days.

A fast service with the top quality samples being delivered quickly and in perfect condition.

Tile arrived really quickly, was easy to order, and the tile is great quality too

Ordered sample and it quickly arrived. John followed up and was helpful. Very easy!

Beware. If you make a large order. We ordered 134 600x900 outdoor tiles. The delivery service is simply not fit for purpose. The guy dropped the whole lot just inside our gate a long way from where they are needed. Right in the way of vehicle access. We are DIYers so don’t have anyone to help move them. We live on a dangerous bend with no kerb and have a large drive he could have driven into but the company hired for delivery is kerbside only. He did drive into our drive- no choice but wouldn’t move any further towards the house as he said he’d already broken the rules! He dropped the tiles off the back of the lorry so we have no idea how many are damaged. Ridiculous & so inflexible. Delivery companies need to use their brains and deliver according to the circumstances. I expected better. Also no time to inspect tiles - he just left, even though the email from Porcelain Superstore says inspect for damage or we won’t be able to replace!!! When you purchase you get a nice email from the 3 guys who apparently own the company but any customer service is online / phone first line only with no decision making ability at all. So disappointed.

Having dealt with Lucy this afternoon I would highly recommend avoiding porcelain superstore. I had previously two years ago ordered nexus outdoor tiles and wanted to replace a single cracked tile. Happy to pay for the single tile even considering that a sample is usually free to receive. Main query was why should there be a £55 pallet charge for a single tile. The representative was fairly dismissive and disinterested. I explained other tile companies would send it out separate to their normal method and I’d be happy to pay a bit more but 55 markup for a pallet was ridiculous. This is how the company rewards past customers. I suggest not shopping from there again.

Sample tiles arrived quickly and all in one piece.
Lovely colours and good quality.

Most of all I really liked their tiles. The builders dealt with the ordering etc, and I think all that went smoothly, but above everything else, I am really thrilled with the result. Such beautiful tiles!
