Porcelain Superstore レビュー

Most of all I really liked their tiles. The builders dealt with the ordering etc, and I think all that went smoothly, but above everything else, I am really thrilled with the result. Such beautiful tiles!

We ordered tile samples for our bathroom and loved them. The samples arrived very quickly and were packaged well with no damage in transit. We are going to go ahead and order one of the tiles we had got a sample for!

I have liked very much the wall and floor tiles from Porcelain Superstore, particularly the Zelige ones. I was sent samples very promptly, and the customer service has been brilliant answering all my questions and suggesting helpful tips, including related to delivery.

We ordered samples as we weren't sure what ones we would like best they arrived promptly and really did help us to make our decision.

Had a really positive experience, quick delivery and good quality. John helped - thanks

Very helpful with enquiries and very quick to respond

Nice tile sample and quick delivery

I requested a sample and it was delivered within days, great quality tiles and will definitely be buying from the company

Excellent tile samples and customer service. Returning customers for our second project with Porcelain Superstore. Would highly recommend.

Quick delivery

Had a great experience with the sample ordering process. Samples were delivered quickly and it was great to receive a full size sample.

Really good and responsive team and good delivery. I like my tiles and I looked for ages. Would definitely use again

ordered some tiles and i had 4 boxes left over in unopened condition. rang to arrange a return which i expected to sort my self i just wanted a delivery address and they informed me they only accept returns on full orders not partial returns. they blamed it on batch numbers which i think is a load of crap to be honest.

so i now have over £100 of tiles i have no use for.

wouldn't use again read the fine print.

Great service. Couldn’t believe the sample size and that they were free to deliver. The quality of the tiles were amazing and I can’t wait to kit out the kitchen with such a beautiful product.

Highly recommend.

Beautiful tiles. I cannot wait to have them installed in my bathroom.

I ordered a few sets of samples of porcelain superstore for my kitchen splash back. The samples came and were the correct size which made a huge difference to my choice as I could see exactly what the tiles would look like. Delivery was also incredibly quick and there was customer service follow up which doesn’t happen with other companies. Great experience.

John was very helpful, getting in touch and placing the order via email, and answering all queries - great experience with PS

I ordered samples and they arrived quickly and looked brilliant, will be ordering to use on my bathroom floor!

Ordered samples which arrived on time as promised.
Had a query which was answered super quickly.
The tiles themselves are just what im looking for as I am in the process of renovating a 1930s bungalow which is a labour of love. I shall definately be placing an order!
