Hi David,

We’re disappointed to read this review, as it does not reflect the facts of your order or your interactions with our team.

To clarify, there were no missing meals in your delivery. The only issue raised was regarding the ice packs, for which you were fully refunded. No account credit was offered in this instance.

You have also contacted our Customer Support team multiple times regarding our chicken. We have been clear and consistent in our responses, and this information is openly available in our FAQs.

In terms of order management, customers can amend their orders up until midnight on Thursdays, with the ability to manage up to three weeks in advance. We have no record of any system issue preventing access, and our team is always available to assist if needed.

It’s also worth noting this is the second review you’ve left raising concerns that are not accurate, and we can see a very similar review has been posted on a competitor’s page, which raises concerns about the authenticity of this feedback.

We take feedback seriously, but it’s important that it fairly represents the situation.

Hi Lisa,

We are very sorry to hear that you felt frustrated by your experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

As explained in our messages and emails with you over the weekend, the issue was caused by a small typo in the email address that was entered when the subscription was first created. Because of this, the confirmation email could not be delivered and the system was also unable to recognise the account when attempting to log in or reset the password.

As soon as this was identified, our team corrected the email address on the account which restored access and allowed everything to function normally.

We would also like to clarify that we do not currently operate a live chat service. Instead we use a messenger style support system where messages are answered by our team in rotation. We are sorry if this was not clear and that you had to wait a little while for replies while the team worked through incoming queries.

We always aim to assist customers as quickly as possible and once the issue was identified we ensured it was resolved. We are sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations and we do appreciate the feedback.

We absolutely love hearing how much you are enjoying Prep Kitchen and it is fantastic to know the meals have made things so much easier for your lunches. Being able to grab something from the fridge, heat it up in minutes and know it will taste great is exactly what we aim for.

It is also brilliant to hear that the balanced plan is helping you stay on track in the lead up to your wedding. Not having to worry about weighing ingredients or tracking everything yourself really can make a big difference when life is busy, so we are really pleased it is working well for you.

Your comparison about the cost of a couple of coffees versus having your lunches sorted for the week is such a great way to look at it too. Thank you as well for your suggestion about adding more breakfast and snack options. We are always working on new ideas so feedback like this is really helpful.
