I requested a part for a Mercedes CLK and dealt with Ryan. He was very polite and helpful and the part was supplied promptly at a reasonable price. It arrived in good condition and works well.
My one slight quibble was the delivery cost for a very small, light package. However, I recommend Prestige as an excellent supplier!

I wrote a review in December about a trunk gas strat/spring part for my Mercedes S320, I gave them one star only my review was wrong my mistake I've had another talk to Michael and this problem is being resolved.

I've seen the reviews of Prestige All Parts - they are excellent. My experience backs this up. I was in France where I keep an old Merc Estate 2003. I reversed into a wall and broke my rear quarter light. Ryan was most helpful in ensuring that the light assembly he posted to us was correct. It arrived within a week and was perfect - 5 min job to replace it. Excellent service.

I put a request for a blower motor for my mercedes E220 and this company wants me to pay over a hundred pounds for a second hand part and you can get a brand new one for £77.00 from Germany delivered to your door step. They think they are selling Gold dust parts of Mercedes Benz !!!!! What world are they living in ??

This is about the worst company for service. Mike promised I’d have and engine within 10 days of payment and after more than three weeks still no engine and then when they did look at the engine they were sending me there was a fault with it so the basically wasted all my time. This is a totally useless company that claim they have 25 years experience when they were only opened in 2007. Lies and more lies. Customer service is non existent.

I had a blown engine in an A180 and no-one else wanted the job Saying it was too difficult. Mike got me sorted with a complete replacement engine! The price was very competitive, once in the workshop it was completed quickly and they valeted it as well. They did a first rate job. Mike was outstanding. Thanks mate.
