First class service and very user friendly.Good communication throughout my search and despatched part within 2 days.What I liked about them is that if they said they would get back you they did within the timescale given - a forgotten art with a lot of service providers nowadays

I have recently purchase a number of parts from Ryan for my Mercedes the service and support was second to none price very good and delivery was quick.

I will use them again in the future.

After searching the Internet for hours with no success.untill I came across this company a lovely lad called Ryan went out of his way to help an thanks to him I have my car back on the road.i have also used this company again since an infact I will always check with them first in the future brilliant customer care thank you 😊

I needed parts for a mercedes I could not source the parts for my model in Australia, I emailed Prestige quickly got a response from Ryan told him what I needed. He found the part and sent photos or the part to ensure it was an exact match. After some silliness with ParcelMonkey my part arrived Yesterday.A excellent service Ryan sure knows his stuff 101/10 thanks Ryan .

Beware of the 25% rip off "Handling Charge" they deduct for returning items. And ensure you return any purchase to them within 7 days otherwise they will not accept the return.

Also, it took two weeks (14 days) for them to refund me for my returned item (less the rip off 25% fee) and that was from me chasing them every other day to demand my refund.

This company (especially Joel) is really helpful, nothing was too much trouble, parts we required were very reasonable and although distribution omitted to send one part it Joel made sure it was with us the next day by 24hr courier. What more can you ask for, and as well as being helpful it was a joy to speak with him, great sense of humour (needs one to speak with me) I will deffo be telling everyone I know about this great company. (we even told the auto electrical place who was repairing our car about you). You need more people like Joel at your company

WOW WOW WOW !!!!!! My axle went on my Mercedes Sprinter, Mike contacted me the night before to say he had a replacement axle in stock. He very kindly arranged to have my vehicle recovered the next day. The mind blowing bit of all of this is they recovered my vehicle took it to their workshops replaced the axle & contacted me 6 hours later to say the job was done. For me as a courier down time is lost revenue I can not fault these guys. I collected my vehicle only to find they had washed it for me also. Well done all of you brilliant service & long may you continue, I cant thank you enough.

Great service and price. Ryan was really helpful rang several times to make sure it was the right part despite the system saying the part wasn't the right one for my van registration, shows these guys know what they're doing.

I ordered a tailgate from this company. I gave my credit card details and waited. When I heard nothing for several days I called them to find they had refunded the money the following day and not told me they were unable to provide the part. Consequently, I gave them a poor review. They insisted they had emailed me but the email trail between us showed no such email.

Today I found numerous payments amounting to £7,000 put on my credit card from them. There are two possibilities here. They were attempting numerous fraudulent transactions or they thought they would inconvenience me given the poor review. Either way, you can see your personal financial details are not secure if you deal with them. My credit card company are investigating and the police have been informed. You would be well advised to take your business elsewhere.

This is the second time I have used Prestige Allparts and am very impressed with the service and helpfulness from Ryan Quale. I live in Spain and parts for my old Mercedes are very expensive and so I am getting the part I want from Prestige at a fraction of the price. 3 years ago, I purchased a steering pump and that is still going fine and just recently an indicator stalk. Would definitely recommend, very useful to have in my keep emails. Never know when I need them again!

Had to buy a replacement expensive part for my Mercedes deal with Ryan who was extremely helpful in getting a code to enable the new part to work. He was always pleasant and helpful despite my many calls on the situation. A credit to his company and would highly recommend Prestige for any replacement parts for Mercedes. Their price for the Command Unit was 50% of the other quote I received.
