All good for my 3 yr old's jabs

No hiccups & appointment was on time at the end of the day which is almost a miracle in itself! The nurse who administered the injections was very friendly and kind. No issues at all.

Terrible receptionist

I used Prive Health to get the Men B vaccination for my daughters. Initially I was very impressed by them but when I wanted to change an appointment - a not unreasonable request - they were most unhelpful. The receptionist told me it could not be done and that having the booster a week late would render it invalid. She wouldn't let me speak to a doctor or give me an alternative appointment and basically left me high and dry. Eventually, only through a total fluke of a nurse being off sick, I managed to get another appointment. This time, the nurse said that having the booster a week late was absolutely fine. They need to improve their customer service!

Great company

Great company. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. Very kind caring staff and health care professionals for my 16 month old baby.

Brilliant brilliant!!

Very friendly and efficient, the nurse went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had and was brilliant with the children. Very clean.

Great Staff!

Brought my teenage children for vaccines and the staff is great! Everyone is helpful, kind, knowledgable and caring.

Very nice staff - only thing was it would have been nice to have been given a sheet about the vac and poss side affects.
