From registering my interest to having the treatment every contact was very friendly. The appointment was on time and everything was explained clearly.

The doctor and nurse carrying out the immunisations were professional and caring. The bookings were made without complication and the communication was excellent.

We were very keen to get our 15 month vaccinated with Men B and having eventually found availability through Prive Health, we couldn't be happier and more thankful to them for organising a fast and simple vaccination, especially given the high demand they must be facing for this particular jab.

Prive Health has enabled me to get my children what they need in record time. The service I have received has been outstanding and given me great peace of mind on important health matters.

Had both my children's men b jabs done with prive, lovely clinic. Very pleased with everything. Seen on time. Nurse was very patient with one of my children not being to happy about being there. Over all excellent experience.

Good service, clean, friendly, easy to book. I only said 4 stars instead of 5 as they misinformed me once about an appointment date so I went all the way there and got turned away. Mistakes happen though. Otherwise very happy.

Great service

We decided to get the Men B vaccination for our son and found Prive Health on line.
They had a surgery local to us where we could take our son for this.
It was simple to book and we had the best doctor possible administering the vaccine which really put our mind at rest.
The only thing I would say is that they were useless in contacting the surgery in our behalf when we were running late for an appointment- however, it was easily sorted by phoning the surgery directly.
I would definitely recommend them for the service we got from the surgery we chose.

It was a very quick and easy process from booking to having the jab. My son was immunised quickly and good advice given for aftercare.

A good service though could improve on the returning of calls. Wanted to book a follow up appointment and only after leaving four messages did I get a response but overall pleased with the service when seen.

The Nurse was fantastic with my children's vaccinations. She was friendly, very reassuring and kept me informed throughout the consultation.

The facilities are great and they saw me at my allotted time. I have already recommended them to a number of friends.
