Pure Maintenance UK was excellent throughout the whole process of dealing with mould in our home. From beginning to end everyone was patient in dealing with all our questions, and we had a lot of them! The office staff were very considerate and explained everything we needed to know. On the day, Sanjiv the technician went through the whole process again with us and made us feel confident that he would do a thorough job. And he did! We are delighted with the results he achieved. We hope we don't have the same problem again, but if we do, Beth, Mia and Sanjiv all contributed to the success of the operation so that we would call upon Pure Maintenance again without hesitation. Thank you so much. We are delighted.

Where do I begin? I am so impressed with Pure Maintenance. I have been having damp/mould issues in my tenanted property, I researched and asked 100 questions. I got all the support I needed. Superb technology and the best way to tackle such an issue. Got a list if recommendations, which I successfully implemented. Great reports with detail and once again you can ask questions via email and the response is superb. Big shout out to Mia, Tim and the team. You guys are hard working, experts and you know how important mould/damp issues can be. Resolving them is key. I will recommend this company to anyone with mould/damp issues, seriously worth it. After battling mould in my house for two years I was relieved to find Pure Maintenance. The treatment and cleaning instantly left the house in a much better condition. The inspection left us with a clear strategy to prevent it from returning, but I don't think we could have managed to get the mould under control without the treatment too. Highly recommended.

Pure Maintenance have proved themselves very reliable, professional and competent in helping me with a damp and mould problem. Brilliant service from the technician with clear and concise communication in terms of what caused the initial mold and how to combat build of mildew in multiple rooms. Instructions on what to do post treatment in order to moderate moisture levels across the property and avoid any further dampness are consistent and easy to follow. Extremely happy with the service provided and would thoroughly recommend.

The customer service and communication was fantastic throughout the process.

This company has quite literally improved my home, my health and my life. They listened, reassured, educated and gave me the time to really understand what they could do for me and they have eradicated mould from my property plus taught me how to maintain this. Mould spores went from 120,000 in a metre square to 0. I couldn't be happier.

Very professional from start to finish. Tim was very helpful arranging the work, and Richard was excellent - he did a very thorough job and I’m very pleased with the results. I would use Pure Maintenance again if needed, and would recommend.

Everybody at Pure Maintenance were very pleasant to deal with. The technician,Terry, was very knowledgable and explained the treatment procedure to us. We were given a hydrometer at the end and advice on how to control the humidity in both bedrooms in the future. Everywhere was left in good order.

PureMaintenance visited our flat to deal with a recurring mould issue using their fog process. Organising the visit was really easy and on the day Terry went above and beyond to give us lots of extra information and look into some of the reasons behind the mould. I was just a few weeks from moving in to my new flat (mid renovation) when I realised we may have a mould problem and was somewhat panicked about what might be causing it (in particular damp issues), so not only did I want to get rid of it (my initial attempt to deal with it with mould killer had failed) but I also wanted to get the whole place inspected so we could be sure we werent going to have a recurring problem. Im so pleased I found Pure Maintenance as right through the process from my initial call, to the technician that came out to do the work (thanks Rory), to the issuing of the post-visit report everything was handled with supreme professionalism and thoroughness. The report was able to confirm that the mould wasnt too serious an issue and what was there is all gone now, along with some tips on how to ensure it doesnt come back (as well as a one year guarantee if it does). Excellent company!

Pure Maintenance were a joy to deal with from start to finish. The treatment of mould throughout the property has produced excellent results. Would highly recommend.

Avoid these people like the plague and instead get the walls of your property looked at if damp is coming through an outside wall. These people checked my flat and claimed that there was no problem with the walls or anything that the mould was caused by humidity inside the flat. They then treated the flat and I was confident that the problem would be solved. The mould returned in the bathroom very quickly despite me opening the window for long periods of time after showering, ever time, and likewise it returned through the back wall and outside wall in my spare room in a very short space of time, despite drying no laundry in there and having the window cracked. Clearly it's an insulation problem rather than what they claimed, £1000+ down the drain for absolutely nothing

Pure treated our flat's mould problem about a month ago. It seems to have been really effective so far and the claimed 99.78% reduction in spores is very impressive. However they ended up sending us the wrong report and it took longer than it should have to get it resolved, so I wouldn't quite give them 5 stars.

The quoted price was similar to the other quote we got for a traditional treatment, but Pure's method treats the entire property and all the contents for the same price as 1-2 rooms, so that seemed like great value for money.

The treatment was reasonably straightforward and I got regular updates. It seems to have eradicated the mould very thoroughly for at least a month so far, so no complaints there.

However, when they sent us the report, it caused us quite an amount of stress as it talked about lots of expensive repairs and major problems. Gradually we realised we had received a report with text from someone else's property - someone's house, not our flat. Thankfully there was no personal information or photographs involved, but something like this shouldn't be allowed to happen!

In addition, the technician seemed to think we needed a new extractor fan to get the warranty, which we could demonstrate was not necessary.

After replying with our concerns, it took ten days and a chase email to get everything resolved. I am now very happy with the results, and I would use Pure again, but I do think it's worthwhile just to highlight this issue.

An efficient and well organised company.
On time and provided plenty of information.
All went very smoothly.
