Terry was great, informative & done a really good job knocked a star off for overall price for service but that has no reflection on the job that was done.

This company are great. Adam who we dealt with on the phone was super helpful, information and supportive. On the day we got a different Adam who again was really lovely, helpful, efficient, kind and non-judgemental. I cannot rate this company highly enough. The mould has gone and with all the advice from Adam hopefully won't come back. Thank you so much Adam and Adam

I’d highly recommend Pure Maintenance as the best company to help with any mould concerns. My whole experience has been nothing but positive!

Having noticed a mould problem in my property at the weekend, I filled in a quick form on Pure Maintenance’s website, to see what they could do to help me. Steve called me Monday morning and then I was quickly booked in with a technician (Jonathan) to complete the job for Wednesday - super quick and easy!

I spoke with Steve on the phone who was super informative and explained the whole process to me so I knew what would happen before I paid a penny. Steve was really knowledgeable and friendly so I immediately felt at ease and like I was in good hands with this company.

Jonathan was the technician who came and did the work in my flat. He text me the day before he came, to introduce himself and explain again what would happen and the timings of everything too. Jonathan was right on time, even after travelling two hours to get here, he was super friendly and polite and kept me in the loop throughout the day whilst I was at work, so I knew what was happening.

When Jonathan arrived, I showed him around the property, answered a few quick questions about our current habits with ventilation etc, and he explained what he’ll do and when everything should be completed by. He also reassured me that the survey will tell more about where the mould is coming from and he’ll give recommendations to prevent it from coming back. Even after the work was finished he let me know when to expect the air tests to come back and reassured me again that if there were any issues he’d be able to retest or retreat the property if needed.

After the work was completed, we were given a hygrometer, to monitor the temperature and humidity and a help sheet to read, which gives great advice on air flow and ventilation in the property.

I received our full report the day after the work was completed, which gave me 50 pages of an in-depth analysis of the survey that Jonathan carried out. The report includes the initial survey, diagnosis, treatment details which includes images of where the mould was, pictures of before and after the treatment plus some thermal imaging of each room too. It also shares some great recommendations for the future to make sure we keep on top of moisture levels within the property.

This entire experience has been completely effortless and so professional, so thank you to Pure Maintenance, with special thanks to Steve and Jonathan. I’ve already spread the word to friends and family and would also highly recommend to anyone looking for help with any mould or condensation problems!

Stephen explained the process to us and it all seems to have gone really well. He gave us some tips which we will stick to and left us with a mould free home. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Amazing results and great service. Richard and Jack were great on the day, providing a walkthrough of the process, reassuring us on the expected outcome and giving us invaluable advice on how to incorporate little changes to prevent/reduce the return of mould/damp.

For peace of mind, it is definitely worth getting the treatment done and Pure maintenance were an excellent choice.

Really pleased with the service. Ezra was very helpful on the phone and Joe was excellent also. He was extremely thorough and has cleaned and treated the house brilliantly. They came early to accommodate me and were prompt and very polite and respectful
Our tenants have just left and the property had developed mould despite them being advised re opening windows, using the extractor fans and a dehumidifier being provided. They did not report a leak until several months had passed. There was evidence of mould all through the house.
I definitely highly recommend this service if mould is a problem in your home, it is not cheap, but it is effective and so important for lung health that this problem is remedied properly. I would be very happy to use this company again if needed

When having a call to discuss why we got in touch with Pure Maintenance, the caller was extremely rude. When going through a few questions, and asked if we had a visible mould problem, I said I was unsure and mentioned that there's only a few spots in the kitchen where we have humidity. The Pure Maintenance person scoffed at me and said "then you have a mould problem". I did not appreciate the caller being so patronising and making me feel stupid. We are a family having breathing issues that could be mould related - I would have appreciated a more friendly approach, rather than being laughed at.

I have received a first rate service from start to finish. My parents bungalow was affected by mould in a number or rooms & particularly badly in their bedroom. Everything from first contact to after service ran smoothly, we were kept regularly updated & each step was clearly explained.
The mould now appears to have been effectively treated, the property looks aesthetically better & air quality is vastly improved.

I would add more stars if it were possible! From start to finish it was a perfect experience. Dale was very patient with all of our pre purchase questions and was very reassuring and encouraging without being pushy. It seemed like a lot of money to spend but it was more than worth it. Richard gently guided us every step of the way on the day, with a calm and knowledgeable manner that instantly put us at ease. We were delighted with the results, the house seemed so fresh with a new lease of life. We also got a very detailed report and lots of useful advice going forward. This has been a life changing experience which has and will continue to assist me in my day to day living - I am so pleased that I made the decision to approach this company an be fully impressed with all of their work - 😊

Sam arrived on time and got us to show him around and point out the mould spots. He explained what course of action was needed and was alreqdy able to make suggestions about how to stop the mould reoccuring. When we returned to the property, he walked us around and explained the recommendations again, also sending a link to the dehumidifier he recommended. Later that night we remembered a question we didnt ask him and I messaged him and replied right away. It was a pricey experience but one which got rid of the mould. I will come back on here in a year to update on whether the mould stayed away. Thanks.

This company is second to none, from ringing and speaking to Steve Mullaney to getting the work done by Danny was amazing, Danny kept me informed all day and sent pictures I would recommend these people no problem they are true professionals.
