Ordered a stringing machine from Racquet Depot and it was delivered the next day. Great customer service too and everything is communicated well - order acknowledgement, dispatch and order tracking.

The biggest selling point for me was the website because it has a lot of useful content on there..The way it's presented gives you a lot of confidence that you're buying from somewhere that actually understands what they are selling inside out rather than just a dropshipper with no real aftersales or support.

I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again.

I'd bought a stringing machine (not from Racquet Depot) so I need the tools to go along with it. I though I might as well go ahead and purchase them all in one go. So I bought the Pro's Pro String Tool Kit.

Credit to Racquet Depot it arrived in good time. However, I wasn't very impressed with the quality of the tools offered so I emailed them to request a replacement or a refund for individual tool instead. They got back to me the next day saying they would be more than happy to give me individual parts for the same price.

I then sent the Tool Kit back to them. And within a matter of days I got the individual tools through the post. These tools were significantly of better quality. Very impressed.

Would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a Pro's Pro Challenger 1 string machine, with stand, for my son. Unfortunately the stand base plate was not the right fit. An email to Customer Services resulting in us corresponding with Jack Otto; he always replied promptly and, after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing with Pro's Pro Europe got us the correct plate. An absolutely superior experience of Customer Service - and a first class machine.

I recently bought a Spinfire Pro2 from Racquet Depot. The order was time sensitive so I gave them a call about the timings. They were excellent! Not only did they identify the subsequent order I made online, but they called me to let me know exactly when it would arrive! Their " service" is second to none; and I have used other firms and my son who is "tennis nuts" is absolutely delighted!

What else can I say? I am totally satisfied with the service of my orders. It was all on time, I got all answers I wanted to know and the products are of high quality.

I have ordered twice from Racquet Depot UK, and in both instances my items were shipped promptly and accurately.

On my second order, however, one of the products was incomplete. I sent an email informing Racquet Depot and just four hours later, they responded by issuing an apology and immediately shipping a replacement item. To me, this is customers service at its finest.

Special props to Jack for his prompt attention and excellent attitude. The team at Racquet Depot have earned my respect, my trust and consequently, my long-term business.

Racquet Depop supplied it at a very competitive price including the charge for 3 working day delivery. The product arrived on time and I am delighted. This is my experience of a pro stringer machine which i purchased online at Racquet Depot UK. It was a gift to my brother in india. It was sent through dhl by the Racquet Depot. The indian dhl had a plan for foul play and wanted my brother to pay higher rate of customs duty and even a penalty jus because the shipping cost was not included in the invoice that was sent along with the machine. He got so aggravated and refused to pay the fines. I even gave them the original bill that had the cost of machine and shipment. They wouldn't listen. I than spoke to Racquet Depot UK, sam the lovely lady there made things so simple and even went on to say that Racquet Depot UK would bear the fine. She tracked the shipment and kept me updated everyday until now and finally the machine got delivered in India after 2 weeks. My brother had to pay only the customs and nothing else. The dhl waved off the Penalty. Their foul play didn't work. Here is a clear indication that the dhl in india wanted to fool the customer and take more money but thanks to Racquet Depot UK they saved a soul. The receiver had to jus pay the customs nothing else. Samantha, the lovely lady at Racquet Depot UK was extremely helpful, very committed. Exceptional service second to none. I highly reccommend Racquet Depot UK as one of the best places in UK to shop online. I was worried buying internationally online - and my worst fears seemed realised when my racquet arrived damaged in the post. I expected the worst, but Racquet Depot and their Customer Service team did more than I expected and I now have a brand new racquet.

I ordered a tennis racquet and custom stringing but i didn't complete the order properly because I hadn't selected the strings I wanted. They got back to me in no time and helped me select the proper strings. The order got delayed because of my fault, however they were very helpful and delivered it earlier than I expected.

Ordered a racquet with custom stringing in the early hours of yesterday morning and it was at my door at 8:30am today. Brilliant. The price was great too.

Just more than 48 hours is all it took to deliver a Pro's Pro XP Plus stringing machine to Cape Town, South Africa.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service.
