I am a buyer and am dissuaded from viewing anything offered by these estate agents.
Their pack includes forms usually provided anyway by their solicitors at no extra charge. The searches would be an expense of the buyer but are better done at the appropriate time rather than the time that the property is marketed. The cost is a fraction of the Redbrik buyer's pack which seems like a money making tool, at the expense of the buyer.

We are tenants and recently our fridge freezer that came as part of the tenancy stopped working. In less than 5 working days of reporting we have taken delivery of a new fridge freezer. We are so grateful for Olivia and Sophie at Redbrik and their appliance contractor for acting quickly to resolve our issue. Thankyou again :)

Communication was always clear and as a first time buyer it can be a bit confusing but Katie suggested both the morgage advisor Alex who was very good and also the solicitor. Very happy with overall service provided by REDBRIK. Issues and queries from both landlord and tenants’ perspectives are dealt with promptly. Statements and other administration is always clear and well presented and there is always someone available to speak with (including a weekend when I needed help and assistance!). Eve in particular, as my main point of contact, has been an asset to REDBRIK and we have formed a very good working relationship.
