What can I say apart from how thankful I am that myself and my husband chose Redbrik to help us sell our property. They have been absolutely faultless. Chloe and Katie specifically are absolutely fantastic at what they do and as an anxious person myself they made this experience stress free and smooth running. They were always there to lend a hand when I had any worries or doubts, they are both worth their weight in gold! They are an absolute credit to Redbrik. Chloe has been there for us right from the first step of having our house evaluated and between herself and Katie they have both reassured us every step of the way. The work and time they have put into us as sellers has been nothing short of amazing. They always kept me up to date with anything happening and was always just a phone call away, even out of hours. I have been a customer of Redbrik for many years and overall I am happy with the service received. Their phone line is alway busy and you have to leave a message; hence the 4 star. However, when I got through to Alishba today she was very helpful and professional with her advice and answered all my queries. It's especially nice when you get to speak to the same staff a year on. Thank you.

I was a tenant, and they provided a management service. They were professional, friendly, and responsive. It was a pleasure to have them during my tenancy.

Holly has been proactive and very helpful as have all the staff we have spoken to at Redbrik. We would highly recommend Redbrik sales team.

Worst staff retention I've ever known, leading to awful service for both landlords and tenants, all the staff I do speak to are miserable and stressed - they allow properties to fall behind in repairs etc. because the staff aren't there long enough to deal with the issues whenever you try get help you have to start again with each new member of staff they bring in.. I've had a leak for 3 +years, it's my landlords house that is being damaged.

Redbrik have been very supportive from start to finish of the process of selling our property keeping us well informed and giving us good advice when we needed it.

Jen was our first point of call. She was so friendly and kind and was a lot the reason we choose Rebrik. We were very happy with the photos and advert of our house. We sold the house quickly (partly because Redbrik already had people on their books who were a good match for our house) and the whole process went smoothly on the whole. We had kind and patient help with all the IT necessary in filling out the forms. Basically we felt Redbrik had our back. It would have been nice to have continued support from Jen. It was a very emotional and difficult decision selling. We would also like to make a call out for Taylor and Emmet (Their recommended solicitors) They have been excellent.

Helpful staff, easily accessible

Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Put and offer in on a commercial property through bothams (Redbrik’s commercial). Fobbed off for 10 weeks to then receive an apologetic call from Andrew the director promising the following Monday I would get an answer. 7 weeks later after chasing him every week not one returned phone call! Utter waste of time!

From arranging the viewing to getting our keys, everyone we’ve spoken to has been great! Really friendly, professional and helpful, would definitely go through them again!

David Cooper at Redbrik Sheffield Office, is very thorough, exceptionally knowledgeable and productive.
David met us at 74 Summerfield Street, Sheffield S11 8HJ, premises that we wished to sell.
David was fully prepared and knew a great deal and was very conversant with our HMO premises with SNUG accreditation because of all his thorough research.
He agreed with the chosen basis of our valuation.
We further explained that we had high pressure water supply, 3 phase electricity, and were compliant with the latest legislative requirements.
We were conscious that to rebuild our purpose built property would be very costly.
David agreed and explained to us how Sheffield rental property market is in the doldrums.
We readily accepted his valuation and agreed with all his suggestions.
We were greatly impressed with Redbrik’s partnership with our chosen Taylor Emmet Conveyancing Solicitors which reduces the Sales period greatly because of all the preparatory work which is also provided ready for the chosen buyer to use.
This greatly reduces the sales time for an efficient and ready buyer.
We wish to thank David Cooper and his polite, helpful team who put up with clients like us in that nothing is too much for them.
